I called these guys earlier regarding a broken sink/missing shut-off valve (spoke with the owner) and he said, ""I'll be there in in 10 minutes."" -- When he arrived a few minutes later, he promptly addressed my concerns and went on about his day. He even left a specialized tool in case we needed it in his absence! Ive dealt with a lot of plumbers from here to California and this guy was one of the most professional I have come across.
