I was looking to change out my old tank water heater for a new tankless one. I found My Water Heater Guy using yelp reviews and sent a request through yelp to see what kind of estimate I'd get. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Eric that same day and even happier that I could send him pictures of my current setup to get an idea of what it would take. He ended up coming in person the next day to check out my space (which was a little complicated in my basement) and I love that he gave a free estimate. He was available to start the job only a couple of days later and worked HARD for a full day and a half. His estimate for the new water heater as well as a water softener was spot-on. I was really pleased with the work he did and will look to My Water Heater Guy for any further plumbing needs that I have.

Amazing customer service! Eric replaced a water heater for me in April of 2022 and did an amazing job. When the water heater stopped working this week, Eric was quick to assess that the heater itself had to be replaced, and within hours had a new one installed at zero cost to me as it was all under warranty. Even though this meant time and effort with no additional billable costs, he still provided top of the line service to get our hot water and heat back on in such a short time. Since day one of meeting Eric, he has provided service above and beyond my expectations. Eric is my new go-to plumber for our place in Orem. This guy is so nice! We had a water heater expansion tank start leaking. Of course it was a Saturday, and so I started calling around. I noticed that ""My Water Heater Guy"" gets good reviews and is close to our place.
Eric answers right away. Luckily, he was just finishing up another job and was able to be at our place quickly, which was great because it was an active leak. He fixed it right away for a very fair price. We will be using this guy from now on.
