Bid the job, didn't show up the day he committed to. Set our entire project back by 3-5 days as I was left scrambling to find another plumber.... zero communication, zero response... Have NO idea what happened to him other than he has jobs lined up and has increased his prices and no longer wanted our job. It was very disappointing. A different experience than the first time he came out! I have heard from a few others this has been their experience as well as of late. Money focused and zero customer service... so sad.

We had a rusted out bathtub faucet (part of a Roman style tub set of three - hot & cold faucets and a non-diverter spout), whose retaining nut had over the years fused itself to the tub architecture. Daniel, who was recommended highly by another highly-rated local Coppell craftsman/handyman, showed up on time as promised, dealt with the issue in a thoroughly competent and rapid manner. An independent contractor, Daniel brought all the skills, knowledge and determination of any of the more well-known and broadly-advertised punctual plumbers, while charging a competitive price and being totally polite and respectful of the customer and his property.
