I needed some plumbing work done after a small leak somewhere was causing mold damage to the wood. Rigo was great, very professional, very reasonable, found the problem and fixed it quickly, without trying to upsell for me for things i didnt need. would definitely recommend My Rooter plumbing.

After calling a few of the other Rooters and not being able to get a price to snake an outside patio drain and looking at some really bad Yelp reviews for them, not showing up, charging high prices, I decided to give Rigo a call. He answered the phone. I told him what I needed. He gave me a price. I thought the price was very reasonable. He got here when he said he would. The first snake brought up a bunch of roots. He went and got a bigger snake. Plush! Drain cleared. It was supposed to rain that night and it did. Drain worked like a charm. Thanx Rigo.

I recommend Rigo and My Rooter Plumbing (MRP) because when I called (MRP), Rigo answered the phone at 7:15 a.m. w/o me having to leave a VM, named the time that he could appear @ the office to unclog the kitchen sink, quoted a fee, the fee didn't change, Rigo arrived and he asked me to show him the problem, he went to work, cleared the drain, cleaned-up after himself and, the drain was unclogged in less than 1 hour.

No problems, no excuses, problem solved!

I had several long standing plumbing problems. I found Rego through a friend of a friend and told him what I needed. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning to look at the list of repairs required in my house's original, 45 year old plumbing. He made a list and called me at 5:00 the same day as promised with a quote. His quote was very fair and we agreed he'd come out in 2 days to do the work. He showed up exactly on time and did everything required. His work is clean - I was so happy to have these longstanding issues all cleared up at once.. He was prompt making every appointment on time as scheduled. His price was very fair especially considering the old pipes he had to deal with. I will definitely call Rego again as needed and recommend him to anyone I know who needs a plumber. .It was also convenient that Rego accepted credit cards.

After using Home Advidor and Angie's List and being throughly disappointed I Tried Craigslist and found Rigo at Mr.Rooter. Rigo has been to my home twice already. Once to repair my leaking bathroom sink and today to repair my leaking shower. Rigo's work is great he is reasonably priced and personable. I would highly recommend Rico at Mr. Rooter !!

Called Rigo after hours at 7pm for a bathtub faucet leak. He knew exactly what was wrong over the phone and gave me several options. He said he would be there in 35 minutes and was there in exactly 35 minutes. I happened to pick up the part before he came over and so he did not charge me for parts, only labor. His labor charge was fair for after hours and did not try to upsell me on anything. In my experience, it is hard to find honest plumbers and I think I finally found one. I will be calling him next time for my plumbing needs.
