Our heater was leaking water and They were extremely helpful and didn't rip us off. Although it says they close at 5pm they have a 24hr call service which was great I called them at 7pm and they were able to see me at 8 am the next day. I had questions about other areas in my house and he had no problem checking them all out and giving me info free of charge.

I am a landlord in Lowell and have used these guys for years. They often come on the same day without charging extra (we often have tenants who clog toilets, break shower faucets, etc). If you must be a landlord in Lowell, you will need these guys.

I have a rental property in Lowell Ma. It has shower vale leak. I called Reliable Plumbing to fix it. They sent a plumber and his name is David. He advised to open the wall and change the valse base. The job will cost me $480 but I have to open the wall by myself. It will cost me additional $200 if I want them to open the wall. So I let them open the wall and change the base. David show up on time worked for about 4 hours. The next day their office called me and tell me the job is done. I came over and inspected. I found down that David did NOT change the valse base but just the part of the valse. I can see the old pipe and old valse. Make long story short THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

Came to my house, talking all about the additional work, promised a call back with quote, never called or followed up. I called the office asked for a quote and was told that I should hear back by end of day, nothing again! So much for a Reliable plumber.
Kind of good that I discovered their poor service because I did not need all the work they wanted to create. I will stay away from them, the company name is far from reality, they should call it, my Unreliable plumber.
