I own several rental buildings in Culver City and live out of the area. My Plumbing Doctor has been taking care of my plumbing needs for many years. They are extremely reliable, clean, and reasonably priced. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed to your satisfaction. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Warren White (aka My Plumbing Doctor) resolved a bathtub clog issue that 4 other plumbers couldn't fix over a period of 10 months. He's super kind, actually cares, and has an authentic vested interest in resolving your issue. Unlike others I've dealt with, he's not the type to leave you hanging and rush off to the next appointment. Above all, he's a problem solver -- constantly thinking of the next solution till the issue is resolved. In short, he takes the time and gets the job done. Will only ever hire Warren for our plumbing needs moving forward.

After going through so many plumbing issues in the house i had for over 33 years, I have to say that my plumbing doctor is by far the most incredible plumbing company ever! Not only is Warren efficient, professional, and knowledgeable but he knows what he is doing and gets the job done in a timely manner and so clean as well! It's like having a wonderful family member that knows Plumbing coming to your house to fix your issues! Truly I cannot recommend him more! I will never use another plumber again!

Warren is the best! Our rental property was experiencing countless issues with our sewer drain lines from years of buildup and neglect. He was able to clear out the gunk from each our lines and even convince our stingy landlord to replace a drain line in desperate need of replacement.

With each visit Warren walked us through exactly what was going on. I didnt know anything about plumbing before and now I feel like a pro from just shadowing Warren as he fixed our rental. An amazing and kind professional, you can't go wrong with Warren and My Plumbing Doctor.

Warren came to fix a leaky faucet. He was on time, had the necessary parts with him, fixed the leak and charged a reasonable sum. Much appreciated!

Warren is very professional and patient to do the work and follow up. The most important is he will explain the problem thoroughly to help you to prevent your mistake.
All I can say it's a blessing to have the opportunity to hire him.

I'm terribly bummed to be giving this kind of review to a business that we relied on for years and years (their original business name was ""Dr. Plumber"") since for 4-5 years ago especially since plumbing service get bad raps. Warren was the originally person who came to our house the first two calls. He was professional, fair and always fixed the problem. But today, it was a different person.

Background: Every year to year and a half, our drains get backed up. I don't remember if the initial visit required plumbing from the roof but he did the job well so that we didn't have to call for another year. The following year, the plumbing needed to be done from the roof because they could not get it fixed directly from the sink. In 2017/18, the person who came out initially tried to fix the back up from the sink but we explained how Warren went to the roof to fix the back up. So this guy did the same and the problem was fixed again. Cost of fixing the back up was always around $150-250 but never more than $300. Fast forward to today....

Listing the reasons for my 1 star review.
-created a problem that was worse than before. The sink was no longer draining at all.
-with multiple attempts of trying to fix the back up they failed. The employee then packed up his equipment.
-originally quoted us $267 but when asking for payment, he told us that he would give us a ""cost reduction"" since the problem was not fixed and asked for $199 instead.
-was unprofessional and rude when we informed him that payment will be completed when they send someone else out and fix the back up.
-called their ""customer service"" line and that person was also unprofessional and rude.
-the customer service rep that we spoke to on the phone tried to rip us off by stating that we would now be charged $500+ because our plumbing issue required another service and equipment.

I really trusted this company and even referred them to couple of friends over the years. They do charge extra if they have to drive more than a certain mileage out of Culver City but I previously thought that they were worth the cost. Now... not so much.

Professionalism, respect and kindness always goes a long way which this company missed today.

The worst work and customer service experience ever. Edwin came to do some work on our kitchen sink. He checked the kitchen, went up to the roof, quoted $267 to do so. After completing some work on the roof, he told us to fill our kitchen sink to the top. It doesn't drain. He ran our dish washer which was working completely fine previously (our issue was the kitchen sink). He turns it off. Dish washer is no longer draining. So after all this trial and error he says that we need to pay $200 for the 2 hours of work he did. We refused since the problem was made worse by his ""work"". We told him if someone else comes and completes the work, then we will pay the amount owed. He gives us attitude and stalks off.

We called customer service to find out what they would do about the problem now that nothing in our kitchen is draining. They quoted us $550 to use the hydrojet claiming the blockage is THAT BAD. The lady on the phone started giving me attitude and yelling at me saying since we refused to pay for the work completed they cannot send anyone else, they need to bring out the hydrojet. However, who would pay $200 for work that made the problem worse. And then to pay $550 for the worsened problem to be fixed. I would understand if the problem remained the same and they stated we need to pay for the big guns but no, the problem was made worse by their own plumber and they are expecting us to pay full price to fix the issue. The lady continued to yell at us about not paying for the work so I told her I understand her frustration but she also needs to understand ours. Nothing in our kitchen is draining anymore and they want us to pay for that. She then said that they would call us back after speaking to someone.

Previously, we've had Josh and Warren come out and they've completed the work and quoted us appropriately. $149 for kitchen drainage that they had actually fixed back in 2018 (including the snake and needing to go up to the roof).

I understand that they come out a little farther (Culver City to Torrance) and thus charge a little more but they've been doing great work. But this experience was absolutely unacceptable.
