Toilet when it only takes less then 5 minutes . That's crazy , I'm not a fool think about that

I called Friday afternoon for a non-emergency appointment. I was told someone would be available on Saturday afternoon. No one called and no one showed. I got a call at 9:20pm apologizing about them not getting back to me sooner, and that someone would be available mid-morning on Sunday. I called at 11:15am asking if I was still on the list for that day. I was assured that I was and that someone would be calling shortly. I called again at 2:30pm and was told that someone would be en route shortly, and that I was second in line on the queue. At 4:10pm I received a call that they would be unable to perform the work, and offered Monday. I have wasted two days waiting on service, have been exceedingly polite and patient. I will find another plumber and cannot recommend using this business.

The overflow valve on my water heater busted right after we just replaced the carpet! Of course!

My husband contacted Bryon and he came right over the following morning bright and early. He was prompt and friendly and gave us a lot of advice about how to take care of an older heater and when one would need replacing, especially the moisture detector, which would have prevented the soaked carpet and alerted us if there was a leakage. Would only cost us $20 or so.

He replaced the valve and it cost us less than what we expected, which is always nice. We would definitely use him again, if needed.
