Thank you Brandon! Very Efficient and Professional! He Asked a couple questions about our issues and got straight to work, in fact came out of his truck carrying the channel locks he knew he would need to get the job done!

Sunday morning we needed immediate help, so we search and called around for the "emergency on duty" plumbers. Everyone was too busy to help, but one (not MY) said they could be out in an hour and 11 hours later they still hadn't come - they just kept calling back and saying 2 more hours. :( My daughter told me earlier in the day to try MY, and at this point, I wished I would Of listened to my daughter and Called/Text My Plumbers when she told me about them.

Anyway I'm glad we ended up calling them! Their response time was less than 30 minutes and Brandon came out and got the job done in about 20 minutes or less!
Thank you, Thank you, so glad we made that call! I know who's getting our plumbing business next time we need it! And to top it off the price was very reasonable as well!

I had an emergency leak and My Plumbing Company, (Mike and Brandon), arrived quickly to fix the fiasco under my kitchen sink. Mike the owner was professional and luckily for me, he had the parts with him. The service time was efficient and fairly priced.

Brandon was kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future. I'm a very happy customer. With my spouse out of the country, I'm very thankful for their prompt service.

5 's for a job well done, pricing, professionalism, and time management. What more can you ask for from a plumbing service call? A+

I'd like to add that I've never had to call a plumber in the twelve years I've lived in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete stab in the dark. I was a wee bit nervous. I read all of the reviews on this company and hoped for the best. I made a GREAT choice. Hopefully, you will too. No one wants to be taken advantage of or not get their issue fixed.

I would definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors if they needed services. I'll be asking him back to look at some other things like the water heater that needs to be flushed.

Mike, you are AMAZING!!! We called him at 9 this morning when we realized there was water coming up through our floor in the living room. We called 3 different places and Mike was the only one who said he would come out and assess the situation without charging us just to look. He gave us a time he would be here, called when he was running late, showed up with a great attitude and got right to work. He found the problem with the first guess and gave us great pricing on the solution that was so reasonable, we thought he was kidding. I was so stressed out over this problem and within 5 minutes of being in my house, Mike has completely put my mind at ease and I knew that the job would get done right. I have called Mike for all of the plumbing needs at my daughter's house and he has never disappointed. Last time I called him on a Friday morning to see about setting up a time to do a major job he had quoted for me a few months prior and he was at the house in about an hour and had the job done within a couple more hours. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and very fair on his pricing. He's the only one I call if I need a plumber. I highly recommend him!

I called this guy at 830 am. He came out and gave me a free estimate, completed the work, and I had the ticket paid, all by noon. I had to be at work so he even went as far as sending me pics once the work was complete. He was professional over the phone and this was really just a convenient transaction.

City of Killeen replaced my shut off valve a couple of months ago. This month I go to pay my water bill and noticed that I have used 3X my normal water usage. I checked the main valve and it's under water. I call the city. Of course the water leak is on my side of the meter and could not be caused by them replacing the shut off valve. Called A to Z plumbing. Was quoted 450.00 to repair. Got the impression the guy didn't really want the job. Called My Plumbing. He showed me where the new shut off valve sat higher than my water line and was connected in a downward slant which cause the stress and subsequent leak in the water line. He replaced and raised my water line connection so that is level again. Total cost 285.00. Same day service and more reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Called Mike to install a new Roman Style Faucets and hot water side wasn't working and he tried for hours and just told me to get a new one from the Manufacturer. When the new one came in called him up and was hear ASAP. Stands behind his work and isn't done until the job is done right! Will definitely use him for future installs.
