Brandon put my worries and stress to rest! I can not believe the level of professionalism the the young man has. Spoke in simple terms that made sense to someone like me who does not have plumbing knowledge.

Before you use this company, I strongly urge you to do your research!!!! I'll share my experience here and you can learn from my sister's misfortune of dealing with this company. I recently visited my sister because I was getting married. Since we had a house full, I asked to use her shower. Not even midway through the shower, the water pressure deteriorated from a flow to a poor stream and ended at barely a trickle! I was furious and so was she as this was a matter she has been dealing with for over a week. She called Mike, who claimed he had properly repaired the water issue but I bare witness, he hadn't repaired anything!!! He doesn't carry warranty for he work on purpose so you, the consumer, has no choice but to call on his mediocre services again. I dare say his services cause more damages than you had upon his arrival!! Again I urge you to do your own research as this company is lackluster and waste of your time, energy and money!

I was driving home from the store today (04/29/2020) and was behind a (My Plumbing Company) commercial truck. The driver was driving a bit erratically and when we turned to get onto the over pass, I went to pass them. He then floored his truck, a huge plume of smoke came out and he attempted to pace me right up to where the road merged into one lane. He then proceeded to tailgate me for the next mile. Luckily he took the FM 116 exit.
If this is how they drive I would hate to think of how they service their customers. This was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate in a company vehicle.

I had a service call that was processed through my rental company. I was ultimately responsible for the invoice, and I contacted Mike to see what the charges were for. He was rude and talked down on me, because I didn't understand why I was charged $89 twice. To which he replied "service calls can be anywhere from $89-$400". I just don't think it's fair to be charged $89 for a young kid to come out, and then $89 for the 'diagnostic slab leak test'. Turns out someone had entered my yard and turned my water hose on. So i was charged $178 for this young boy to turn off the water hose.

I thought his customer service was lacking, and his employee was unskilled. I don't recommend this company all in all.

I contacted my father, who is a realtor and also has three rental houses himself. He is use to dealing with different plumbing companies, and even he thought the charges were outrageous.

I called and spoke with Michael concerning a bathroom toilet valve that was stripped and leaking. I knew what needed replacement, the valve itself. They arrived and quoted ne the repair for $189.00 - My sister recently moved in with me and my wife, and I needed the toilet to work. I accepted, and a young man, Brandon performed the repair. He shut off the water to the house, and within 10 minutes had replaced the valve. No extraordinary work was needed - It was done with a pipe wrench, plumbers sealant and a replacement valve. If I had been just 5 years younger, I would have done this myself, but I am now retired and no longer up to working on the floor. I am disappointed with myself for accepting the excessive fee, and paying.

We are new to the area and one of the joys of home ownership is all the repairs that come with it. Our water heater was leaking water all over and a quick call to Mike was all it took to get it fixed. He came in on a Saturday, on time and was so fast in replacing the whole water heater I was stunned!! He also took the old one and was so courteous and made us feel at ease.

Sunday morning we needed immediate help, so we search and called around for the "emergency on duty" plumbers. Everyone was too busy to help, but one (not MY) said they could be out in an hour and 11 hours later they still hadn't come - they just kept calling back and saying 2 more hours. :( My daughter told me earlier in the day to try MY, and at this point, I wished I would Of listened to my daughter and Called/Text My Plumbers when she told me about them.

Anyway I'm glad we ended up calling them! Their response time was less than 30 minutes and Brandon came out and got the job done in about 20 minutes or less!
Thank you, Thank you, so glad we made that call! I know who's getting our plumbing business next time we need it! And to top it off the price was very reasonable as well!

I had an emergency leak and My Plumbing Company, (Mike and Brandon), arrived quickly to fix the fiasco under my kitchen sink. Mike the owner was professional and luckily for me, he had the parts with him. The service time was efficient and fairly priced.

Brandon was kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future. I'm a very happy customer. With my spouse out of the country, I'm very thankful for their prompt service.

5 's for a job well done, pricing, professionalism, and time management. What more can you ask for from a plumbing service call? A+

I'd like to add that I've never had to call a plumber in the twelve years I've lived in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete stab in the dark. I was a wee bit nervous. I read all of the reviews on this company and hoped for the best. I made a GREAT choice. Hopefully, you will too. No one wants to be taken advantage of or not get their issue fixed.

I would definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors if they needed services. I'll be asking him back to look at some other things like the water heater that needs to be flushed.
