My shower started to leak in the morning and by the time I got home from work it was a continual flow! Called My Plumbing Company and discussed the problem. They had Bill come out the next day! Bill was wearing a mask and gloves, he was polite and professional! I asked many questions while he was working and he answered and explained every step! He made sure I understood what he was doing, why, and how the problem happened! I highly recommend this company

Installers arrived on time, were friendly, clean, professional and thorough. Installation completed in stated time frame, system operation, warranty and maintenance clearly explained. We received follow up calls from their customer service the next day to make sure we were satisfied, system works great and we're happy. We are glad we went with our instincts and interactions with their customer services representative Lyndsay and decided to go with My Plumbing Company.

Amazing company, extremely professional and very respectful and professional. I've never seen a company show so much care when inside my home and with a knowledgeable employee who was able to communicate and explain what was happening every step of the way. Even went to the extreme and wore shoe / boot covers to make sure to not dirty the inside of my house. Absolutely the most respectful and polite company I've hired in a long time. On time, very knowledgeable and respectful with everything. Was able to easily explain what was happening through the entire process. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness This company came out to my mothers house to give an estimate on fixing a bad leak in the wall, Jamie the secretary is an extremely rude BITCH !!!!!!!!!!!! The secretary gives me an excuse the reason that the report has not been submitted to the insurance company is because they're moving and the office is turned upside down. So when they do finally submit the plumbing Report to the insurance company for some reason the insurance company can't find it so I call the plumbing company back and instead of having normal courteous customer service THE WORLDS BIGGEST BITCH. I apologize to her for taking up her time and she tells me that yes you are sir we're very busy and she doesn't have time for this to be honest with you I have no idea what the work quality is like with this company but there are other reviews on google about JAMIE BEING A WORLD CLASS BITCH I wouldn't use this company because if the owner of this company is going to keep a BITCH like this employed at his company you can't trust his judgment. I wouldn't let this company clean up my dogs poop let alone fix a water leak. Run run far away.
