Lori M.I've used this company for several events and I always paid them in full on completion of their services. I will no longer use or recommend them. I needed work on replacing and unclogging both toilets. The quote was out of my budget and I asked if they could do anything to lower the price. No responses to my apology if I offended them sent by email, text and phone calls. Both of my toilets became unusable and I requested ""My Plumbers"" services and again no response to texts, emails and phone calls. So I've been left without usable toilets for 2 weeks. I think that's kind of an emergency. I can and will not any longer recommend this company.
UPDATE: It took this negative review for Johnmichael, one of the owners, to finally contact me after ignoring all my attempts to reach him. NOT good business
