DO NOT call this company if you re looking for an honest A/C or plumbing company!!!!!

I called them 3 wks ago to set up an A/C inspection for a house I was going to buy. Was told it was $79.50. I asked about the $55 deal they advertised, was told that was an old promo. I said it s in the present Verizon phone book, a manager then decided to honor it.

The inspection was postponed due to the first contract falling through & again because HUD shut off the power on the 2nd house.

2 hrs before the inspection is suppose to take place they call me to reschedule for another day because they're busy. I say no because I close in 7 days they say okay. They call me again & say they can t do it w/o approval from the owner, which I was never told before, and was able to get. They call again 30 min before the inspection and tell me the price is now $179 because I don t own the house!!!!!

I then asked to speak to a manager for the 2nd time, I was told he left but they would try him on his cell phone. When the person came back on the line I was told the manger, Mike Johnson, said if I want the inspection the price is $179.

So if you re looking for an HONEST A/C or plumbing company, keep looking because this one is not it !!!!!

Had they honored our first agreement they would've made more money than the $55 because during the home inspection a plumbing leak was uncovered that needs to be fixed.
