I had 3 really good experiences with Mike. Though I think they're overpriced, the job was getting done. My latest encounter with Mike was very unprofessional. His team came out to install a new water heater. Once the job was done, I texted Mike to let him know that there were a couple of areas where communication with his team could have been better. Instead of calling me to have a civil conversation, Mike called and BERATED me (in the middle of the day, while I'm at work). He took things out of context, put words in my mouth that I never used in my text to him and described a totally fake narrative where I said his guys were ""arguing."" When really, one guy said a comment to my mother when the other guy was not there. Don't know why that's considered arguing, but whatever. I'm my opinion, Mike is unopened to any kind of feedback. He was hostile, and refused to admit that he was hostile with me on the phone. I will never be using his services again.

Mike and crew started out good and enthusiastic, but repeated delays and problems kept cropping up. Had to return several time to fix leaky shower surround and door even came off of the hinges. After about four months of problems, I engaged another plumber to fix what they had done. Don't seem to concentrate on one job!
