worst service ever. we had the unfortunate experience of being served by the plumber Ali Habibi. He was rude and tried to scam us into paying $600 for a general plumbing inspection even though I scheduled this service for $49 over the phone.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I will never hire this plumbing company ever again. The plumbers come off as nice people, but in reality this whole company only cares about money. I had a backup issue in my home and they charged me $1400 dollars just to snake it. Even after they snaked it, I still had the backup issue. They came again under warranty(only applies once) to re-snake the drain and still wasn't resolved. I ended up calling a local plumber and got it fixed immediately at a much lower price.

I tried getting a refund multiple times as they claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they either hang up on me or give me bull-crap about them calling me back and never actually doing it. Save your money and look into hiring a local plumber. DO NOT TRUST THE GOOGLE REVIEWS!

Technician was on time, this was the only positive note. My plumber was called to inspect/repair water heater, upon arrival he manufactured a leak that would have no bearing on the water heater operation. He instantly went to it must be replaced, no diagnostic or any attempt to identify the real issue. The quote to replace the water heater was over three times the local average. He then began pointing out other fake issues, I'd assume to try and run up the price further or sell their monthly service scam. No thank you... Unfortunately, I had to pay the $100 tax for calling this company out to do nothing but waste my time... Avoid this company like the plague.

The technician was great and very professional. He was also able to complete the job in 30 minutes. This is the only positive thing about the job. The company charged me $535 to replace a kitchen faucet that I purchased prior to arrival. This means that was all labor for 30 minutes of work. A rip off and I will never use them again. You can find professional good service at another company that does not take advantage. That is truly unprofessional.

This year, 2024, I have placed two calls to My Plumber Plus for immediate service to my upstairs bathrooms. The first call was aimed at repairing a constant drip in the master bedroom shower unit (March 21) and a second call was related to a slow dripping under the sink in upstairs hallway bathroom (April 11).

In both cases Austin Everett was dispatched to our home, and he promptly identified the cause of trouble and fixed it within minutes. In addition to resolving the worrisome dripping/leaking issues, he voluntarily performed an inspection of the other bathroom sinks--two in the hallway bathroom, two in the master bathroom, and on one in the powder room--and initiated preventive measures to mitigate future plumbing issues in all three bathrooms. Subsequently, he performed an unsolicited audit of our home's entire plumbing infrastructure and gave us recommendations and options to ensure long-term, efficient, in-house plumbing satisfaction.

The alacrity and proficiency that Austin demonstrated in stopping the leaks/dripping under our bathroom sinks was exemplary and the extra insights he supplied regarding system improvements for our home to ensure reliable and enhanced plumbing operations while reducing monthly water bills was equally remarkable. His demeanor was respectful, very smooth, and greatly appreciated.

I can't help but say that these guys are scammers and crooks. I bought a Moen faucet and the technician wanted $400 dollars to install it. I asked why so much ? The plumber stated say day service are you kidding me. I paid another company same day service 150 and even tipped him 30 bucks. They wanted 800 dollars for a basic low end garbage disposal replacement. You guys need to get your heads examined. Shame on you for preying on a elderly guy like myself.

Came out Aug 2023, they refused to do the small leak...they stated to get someone else he can...t..so he waved the $49 fee....NOW demanding the amt...& Didn't want to fix the leak. Stated he can't do it! So he waived the fee.......

Also, sent a electrician to do the security system...1 yr ago He was very ill no other electrician to f/u...in their company.Its still sitting uninstalled.

Don't recommend them....they pumped up their advertising strongly after these problems...beware

Worst experience ever. I think that my water softener might not be working well so called for service. Technician showed up, with no tools or test kit, literally glanced at system and said that it needed to be replaced. He didn't test water or try to test anything, he just tried to sell a new system which he said, with a discount, would cost $8000. I then asked him to leave. Never again.

Called to have my bathroom sink unclothed. Reached out to My Plumber and had a technician out that day. Tech proceeded to snake the line with his drill motor and 4-5 foot snake. This did not work, so the tech removed the snake and dropped black dripping on my throw rug. Tech then went to his truck for more tools and a drop rug. Tech still could not clear the line and stated the line would need to be 'jetted' or the plumbing lines replaced. Told the tech I would think about this and he wrapped up and left without cleaning up. I have attached photos of the mess he left for me.
