Plumbing manifold replaced by My Plumber Plus. We paid before I could fully analyze this
horrendous work. We talked to managers and had one come look at it. They have now
abandoned us because they think the work is good and will not fix it or refund us. They
worked without a permit, even though it was required because they altered the lines, did
not install shut-off valves and is a completely different type of manifold. There are
numerous code violations like no labels, improper support (his zip tie broke the next day
and I had to zip tie it back myself), he made multiple nicks on the pipe that could easily
lead to a leak, pipes were cut terribly and not deburred, but the largest violation is the
massive 41% cut out of our load-bearing stud.

He completely lied to us saying we were going to get a like system, which implies shut-off
valves and a similar system. In other words, he is committing fraud. He commented that he
""needs to go home."" This gives you the mindset he was in when he recklessly did anything
he could to save 5 seconds. From not labeling, all the way to cutting our house in half. Not
only does all of his work need to be redone, we are substantially worse off then we were
before he arrived. He created massive structural damage, drywall damage and carpet
damage. He literally stole our towels out of the bathroom, used them without asking, then
threw the soaking wet towels on the carpet. He will literally risk lives to save 5 seconds and
ruin your home and its belongings.

I called them to complain about the work and they sent a manager. He saw it and noted the
problems and did not think it was a huge deal and it went nowhere. I tried contacting them
multiple times afterwards to get a refund but got no response.
I had a plumber look at it and was disgusted by how bad the work was. He noted multiple
code violations and said the whole thing needed to be redone and gave me a quote to re-do
it.

They worked without a permit; after getting no response from the plumber I called my local
government and forced them to get a permit. The permit inspection noted multiple code
violations, the manifold failed the inspection and reconfirmed that the install was not up to code and needs redone.
With the system failing inspection, I cannot use it all. In other words, I did not receive what I paid for and I have significant damage to my home.
Even after all of this, they still refuse to respond to me.

These folks tried to charge me $687 to replace a $15 part. it's a scam.
If you look at their Google reviews they're clearly writing fake reviews. I just don't understand how this is ethical.

Very NICE people, but serious price gauging. I asked for a breakdown on parts and services provided and I was provided the invoice enclosed. $890.00 for a part that costs $125.00. Luckily, I was not home because I would've asked them to leave and replaced the Standard Food Waste Removal System / Garbage Disposal myself and saved myself $600 - $700.00. I understand people have to make a living, but really.!

I knew plumbers are expensive. But not this expensive! He left my water hose pipe running for hours before I noticed it, the next day. I have a water meter. Left the manhole cover off. Took away all my black bin liners and left an old mop.
Ok. I consider my downstairs loo flushes better now, but £340 for less than an hour's work?

Requested possible water heater replacement for tenant. It was a Saturday and tenant could not wait until Monday. MyPlumber tech knew this and price gouged me. They charged me $4,000 to replace a water heater!

I scheduled an appointment with them. There was an ad on their website stating $49 for a diagnostic service, which was what I needed. The plumber showed up and told me it would be $341 and that the $49 was just for him to show up. I told him he could leave. He was also very curt and surly.

they sell you a maintenance contract and then when you schedule them 4 weeks in advance they don't show up. and then they apologize for having you waste a whole day cause they don't give you any timeframe other than the whole day and then they can't even make the day you took off for them to check your air conditioner. then they want to reschedule you in 2 more weeks. not first thing tomorrow, no 2 weeks and they still want give you a timeframe. so when you get a maintenance contract you are at the bottom of their priority list. they don't have real people answering the phone. They don't have customer service. they just want your money.

My Plumber adequately fixed my cold water shutoff valve, but they couldn't do it on the day I called. I had to wait three days for them to arrive. Then, they charged over $670 for a 30 minute repair, but didn't do the little things you would expect for a repair costing this much. They didn't use a new valve, reattach the pipe to the wall or place the valve so that it is easy to reach. Not a very professional job. Disappointed and won't use them again.

I request a plumber to fix a pvc leak. The plumber arrived almost 2 hours late, He then tried to charge me over 600.00 for a simple pvc repair. This is such a bad company and a total ripoff. I paid the 100. service fee. What a scam.

Don't call this company. They came to my house and charged me $1800 for a kitchen faucet. What a rip-off. DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
