Recommended Customer Reviews
My Plumber was recommended by a neighbor. They came promptly, the guy who showed up was knowledgeable, made my repair quickly. As far as the work goes, would recommend 100%, only reservation is that they were expensive.
Rod S.My Plumber came out to fix my AC, and although they fixed it, they charged me $1000 to fix a leak and refill refrigerant coolant in my system. About $50 worth of materials but they charged me $1000 for labor. They were here for about 3 hours. That's VERY expensive !!!! Not reasonable costs
If you want to get ripped off, be sure to call this company. Came out ($30.00 just to show up and give estimate) and gave me an estimate of $1.300.00 + to fix a tankless water heater. Yes, the zeros are correct.
Of course I sent them packing.
Had an honest plumber, True Plumbing, come out the next day and fix it for $200.
None of the things that they said were wrong were even the problem.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Brad M.I have been a priority service club member for years. MyPlumber installed my hot water heater in 2010. Since then, it has had numerous leaks, which weren't even close to being prevented during my seasonal checks. Every time MyPlumber would come out, they would charge me $400-$600 for a new apparatus that wasn't installed initially for my unit configuration. This recent leak was the most catastrophic and resulted in their dismissal from my patronage. I had a massive leak that resulted in over $3000 worth of mold remediation and restoration services. When MyPlumber responded, the tech fixed the issue in about 3.5 hours. When he came out, he had a bill for $1600 that he said MyPlumber would cover. The reason? The leak was caused because MyPlumber installed my unit with PVC vis-a-vis copper. This caused all of the damage. The tech spent 3.5 hours re-installing copper after removing all of the PVS. This is proof-positive they haven't a clue. They also said a manager would call me to talk about $3000 in restoration fees. That call never arrived. They did try to recently continue charging me the monthly fee for the service contract I cancelled a month ago though. I feel really bad for that customer service rep that took that call. After she told me I didn't fill out a form, I told her the last CSR didn't mention that. Besides...you tape ALL of your calls for quality assurance, please bring my tape up, I have the date and time I called. Can you say ""Immediate Refund."" Avoid this lot at all costs.
Sam B.Fantastic Experience!
10/19/13 @ 0850 I went upstairs to fix the leaking faucet in the kids bathroom. I was trying to remove the cylinder cap to replace the faulty cartridge. Whoops! The cartridge ripped the hot/cold pipes right out of the wall! I dashed downstairs and shut the water off!
0852 I called My Plumber
0958 My Plumber called to say David was on his way.
1030 David arrived, and assessed the pipes and identified what needed to be done.
1100 Started Job
13:30 Completed Job
Total time: 4:30
David even took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me how to replace the cartridge in the future! An excellent experience. Thank You!
Professional, sales-type people will be sent to your home to set you up for worries. I fell for the lead-up to the hydro-jetting. They farmed it out and charged me 3 times what it would have been had I directly called the people doing the service
Don't sign for anything without getting at least a second opinion. Shame on me! Having a husband who had a stroke, I can see that they prey upon people.
They tried to convince me that replacing a hot water heater would be $2700!
John W.The most terrible service ever. I have used them before and they have broken tiles on my bathroom floor repairing a toilet; sink faucet never worked right after they installed a new one; diverter repair on bath tub lasted a little over a year. Each time when you call back to complain they act as if it is your problem and not theirs. Plus they try to up-sell you on work that you don't need. The plumbers for the most part seem like new-bees and this is where they have OJT before they move on to a real plumbing company. Stay away. The only thing they do right is show up. The rest of it is a night mare. Plus the up-selling is really sleazy !
Ni C.I called this morning as my toilet decided to no longer work. Within the time frame promised, someone was at my door, and worked quickly and most efficiently to fix the issue. They didn't charge me a dispatch fee as a first time customer(save $80) and because it wasn't a major fix -its actually something I can do myself, they didn't charge me a dime!
Yep. I wasn't taken to the cleaners, they were straight up honest. Would fully recommend.
Called this company at noon. They said they could have someone out between noon and 9 p.m. and would provide a courtesy call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. At 8:30 p.m. I called to see if anyone would be coming to address our plumbing issue only to find out they wouldn't be able to attend to it that night.
Not worth waiting around a whole other day just to see if they might be able to make it so I cancelled and called another plumber.
We called to have our garbage disposal replaced. We were quoted $650 to replace the disposal, and when my husband tried to decline, the workman replied that we already owed a diagnostics charge of $300 (not the $80 we had been quoted on the phone), so he went ahead with the work. When we called later for an explanation of why the fee was so high (a part worth $100 was installed in less than an hour) and why the diagnostics charge was different, it took nearly a dozen phone calls to get through to a manager, and even then, we were refused any explanation. They wouldn't give the model number or price of the disposal installed, and they won't give an hourly rate. In addition, the workman left the ""knocker"" in when he did the job, so our dishwasher wouldn't drain, and it took two weeks for them to send someone out to fix it. (At that visit, they also offered to fix a leak they noted in the same sink...for the bargain price of $700.) We did pester them enough to get some of our money back, but were told that the head manager was ""too busy to deal with it"", and we still have received neither an explanation nor an apology for the workman's lie about the call charge, the installation error, the dozen phone calls we had to make, or the failure to explain the exorbitant fees. If you hire this company, expect unexplained high prices, disregard for advertised policy, poor workmanship and zero accountability.
