The gentleman who came out was respectful and knowledgeable. BUT THE PRICING WAS CRAZY HIGH!!!! Over $500 to snake a short piece of line with no guarantee it would fix or even help the clogged drain.

I'll never spend another dollar with MyPlumber. I will tell all of my friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, I'll even warn my enemies to avoid hiring this company to perform any work.
They are overpriced, have poor workmanship and the office personnel are the worst. They treated my 81 year aunt terribly by way overcharging, not completing the job and the office manager or dispatcher was very unprofessional. He told her the job was completed and left. She went to use the stove and it wouldn't operate. The plumber left the burner parts still in the cardboard packing unopened. He did not test the oven to make sure it worked before leaving. The office personnel dropped the ball terribly when she called them immediately to inform them of the issue. They told her it was after 4 and the plumber was off the clock so they couldn't help her. HERE IS SOME FREE ADVICE FOR THE OWNERS OF THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. Next time a customer calls your office with this scenario, don't blow them off. The proper solution would be to apologize and send that plumber back immediately to finish what should have been completed in the first ended up having to pay a different plumbing contractor to finish the installation of her new gas stove. It took the other plumber about 10 minutes to finish what the MyPlumber technician failed to.
DO NOT USE MYPLUMBER UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE!
* She has given MyPlumber over $28,000 worth of work during the past year and a half. They should be ashamed of abusing a vulnerable elderly customer like that.
That's the last dollar MyPlumber will see from anyone who listens to me.

To snake a kitchen sink for $600.00 I refused service and paid $ 50.00 cash for coming in to tell me that' they can snake and give warranty for 90 days.

I'm consistently pleased with My Plumber Heating and Cooling. I had my HVAC serviced last week, and Craig Moss was terrific ! He's very knowledgeable and patient and professional. It's always a pleasure and great experience to work with him !
