Elderly in-laws called for to have sink snaked for and charged $1300. Then they looked at the water heater and quoted 6K. Your heard correctly 6K. I looked at the estimate and canceled it. Other than age, nothing was wrong with it. We got a second estimate anyway and it was $1600. Do not use, egregious billing.

We used My Plumber Plus to install a new garbage disposal in our kitchen in June 2023. On July 2 two weeks after the installation, the unit completely dislodged from the pipe and drain, flooding the underneath of our sink. We called My Plumber Plus and they supposedly fixed the problem by installing new connector pipes. This arrangement worked until November 24 when the entire disposal unit again dislodged flooding the underneath of the sink. My Plumber Plus did not know how to properly install the garbage disposal unit and we wasted nearly $1000. We will not call My Plumber again and do not recommend them.

This company is horrible and unscrupulous beyond belief. After using them for several major projects, they installed a wax ring for my toilet. After applying member and senior discounts, the bill was $750.00! Turns out the ring costs $7 retail and it took less than an hour. What a ripoff. Please do not use them. Check with other plumbers first and compare prices. Don't be a fool!

I requested emergency plumbing service. They were able to come quickly and fix the problem, however, not only did they charge 4x the price of a regular plumbing service, but after they got paid, they were not accommodating with providing the promised follow up that I needed. They became difficult at scheduling and stood me up twice.

Called MPP on a Monday morning. Kitchen faucet was leaking. MPP came out quickly and recommended multiple things to update. Old faucet was a hot mess! Total charge was $1,425.00 (including $100 senior citizen's discount) Plumber wanted to use a shiny faucet. (Had it available in his van) My kitchen is all stainless steel. I declined.
Work was completed and he recommended updating pressure safety device for $985.00
See 2 invoices for same job with different prices and discount? I called Woodbridge Plumbing and they did the job for $485.00
MPP was charging a $500 difference!
Educate yourself and beware of MPP!!

I was extremely unhappy about the work that was done in my shower; the quality of work was terrible and it was misrepresented what he was going to to. But I got a call very quickly to have someone else come and make it right which I really appreciated. Will see the quality of that work but I expect it will be better.

My AC broke down and I purchased a mid level (but expensive unit) from My plumber plus. I was told that since I was going from a 4 ton to 5 ton unit they would need to install the outside unit on the ground vice the pedestal that the 4 ton was sitting on. I was also told that they would arrive the next day between 8am to 10am. I took off work to make the appointment.

10am came and went and I got no call, so I called them to see what happen and that is the time they told me my appointment got pushed to later in the afternoon and put more installers on the job to speed up the install. They didn't arrive until almost 4pm. I could have worked and not taken PTO if they would have been upfront with their scheduling. The install seemed rushed, the outside unit was installed on the pedestal that my 4 ton unit was sitting on, and the system worked for about an hour before it stopped working. During the time it was working the outside unit was making a weird noise. Since it was an hour after the install, all of the workers had left.

I called the first thing the next day about the system and they said they would send the next available tech over. I took another PTO and again they arrived so late that I could have worked and came home before the installer came. Almost 4pm the tech comes, looks at the system and he thought the problem was with the thermostat so he leaves for an hour to get a new one, and it turns out the issue is not that, he leaves one more time without telling me, this time he is gone for two hours. When he arrives he comes back with nothing, so im guessing he went to get dinner. After another tech arrives the system is now cooling. It seemed to be a wiring issue.

The next day I noticed the outside unit making a loud noise from time to time, I call my plumber plus and they said they will send somebody on Monday. I took video's and sent it to them. The tech called me Monday mid morning saying they think the compressor is making the noise and they put it on order. The part would arrive in 5 to 10 days. It took about 6 to 7 days. The next day after the install the unit was making the noise again. They installed some rubber padding but the issue is still there.

They said that they could put the outside unit on the floor but they would charge me $1,500. I'm not sure why are they charging me $1,500 for something they said they were going to be in the beginning.
