A year ago this month, I decided to add a Gas Tankless Water Heater to the house. I did my reviews, checked the prices and time elements of installation. I made my phone call to My Plumber Plumbing and was warmly great by a gentleman by the name of Tony (as in Tony the Tiger) and that's what he became for me with the installation of the water heater. As a Family owned business, Tony set the preview, set the time, date and everything went as smooth as glass. The water heater was installed on the right date at the right time, at the right price. Tonys' parents had complete control of the operation, even getting an inspection from the county. Throughout the year I have found that Tony and his Family are a honest hard working, on time and a Friendly business that I would recommend to anyone looking for their plumbing needs. Throughout the year I have had all the Hot (up to 120 degree) water I have needed for that extra long shower and throughout the house, it comes in about 10 seconds. Oscar and Tony can be proud of their company because of the organization of everyone. On time and in the right place for customer satisfaction.

Tony, you stated that you guys would never render services without agreement on the price, please show me a signed service/estimate agreement on the extra $7,000. You can't because you don't have one!

Highly recommend My Plumber Plumbing Services. I contacted them to ask for a quote to reroute 30 feet of pipe due to a leak under my foundation. Not only did they schedule me right away, they came out to provide a quote during their break on another job. They understood my issue and said they would have a quote to me that day. Not only did they follow through, their quote was less than half of what our home warranty company wanted to charge and less than a third of what another local plumber had quoted. Their quote was honest and fair for the amount of work to be done. We are still fighting our warranty comany but I can say that My Plumbing Services will be the first company I will call if I ever have a plumbing issue with any of the properties I manage. Always happy to support businesses who don't take advantage of their customers, who simply provide quality work for a fair price. Props to you guys!

I wanted to post this review first by giving a major shout out and a huge thank you to Jacob. I had a few plumbing issues that were occurring at my newly purchased home. I went through home warranty, so I was a little skeptical at first since I have had bad experiences in the past.

Jacob showed up and started handling business quickly. Very professional, courteous, mindful, and very cautious while working. Some of my repairs were pretty straight forward, but the seized valve required a lot of work. I was very appreciative of how Jacob minimized the amount of wall that needed to be cut and placed back so that I can take care of the work for patching. Jacob was also very knowledgeable and kept me very well informed as the work did take some planning overtime. I had a great experience considering the work that needed to be completed. I would highly recommend My Plumber to anyone based on my experience.

I cannot recommend Myplumber highly enough. We called to get an estimate for a natural gas line installation (they were one of three companies Southwest Gas recommended for the private property part of the installation). They came within the hour for the estimate, which was quite reasonable given the 345-foot line (and thus trench) we needed, not to mention the piping into the house for our new natural gas range. They came the following day and completed the work far faster than we imagined. Myplumber also handled the requisite permitting and county inspection. We were delighted with the work aswell as the fair price. They were professional, courteous, and on-time (all seeming rarities these days). I would hire them again for any other work we might need (for example, plumbing). Two giant thumbs up!
