We are absolutely shocked by some of the reviews that we read. Calling Mr. Plumber was the best plumbing decision we have ever made!! Our experience with them deserved much more than a 5-star review!!

Our outside sewer pump failed on a Saturday and we phoned two companies that advertised they were available 24/7 for any plumbing needs. Without a sewer pump we were unable to use water in our home or flush our toilets. Both companies refused to come until Monday. We called Rob at My Plumber, on Sunday, and within an hour, Quintin was at our door. He worked diligently to assess the problem and determined that our sewer pump had failed, and the pipes to our septic tank had not been properly installed. He ordered a new pump and the necessary parts, and on Monday he replaced our old pump and pipes. Within 2 hours we were able to use our water and flush our toilets! Quintin was extremely respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He explained all that needed to be done and gave us a quote before he began the work. As we watched him perform the work on our pump and pipes, we could see that he was experienced and skilled in plumbing service. And, even with the extra charge for the weekend work, the price was very reasonable. We were even given a senior discount!!

We are incredibly pleased and so very thankful for Quintin and Rob. Their work ethic and customer service was outstanding!! If you want it done right...give them a call. Mr. Plumber is our go-to plumber now!

The plumber came out and did an adequate job, meaning the water heater was installed w/o leaks within an hour and 1/2. My gripe isn't the work but the excessive price.

I called mid-day on a Friday needing a plumber to install my water heater. I'd purchased the heater, all the connecting parts and had it all inside the house when I realized the copper had been soldered in a way I didn't have the skill to disconnect/reconnect. I called My Plumber and talked with Rob, explaining my issues and need for the work to be done ""today"". He quoted a $900 price which I was willing to pay for the quick service. After numerous calls back and forth all afternoon, he finally said it couldn't happen that day but he would get someone out as soon as possible. I was going out of town and had to enlist the aid of a friend to work with Rob on the phone to get the heater installed. That finally happened the following Thursday. Basically a week after I called.

I supplied the heater and all the connections; they supplied solder and skilled labor for 1 & 1/2 hour. I asked Rob on several occasions to justify his charges and to reduce them but his response in so many words was ""that's what I quoted, that's what I'm charging.""

I won't ever use them again and hope others won't either.

Failed to quote for an $800 call. Failed to spend time finding a leak. Misled me to believe that a company that does restoration after a leak has been found and repaired would come out and find the leak.
I paid $800 for a leak search, access and he didn't bother finding the leak under my house .
For $800 he should have spent time looking under my house for a leak instead of misleading me about Service Master.

I've used My Plumber several times. It is really hard to find a responsive plumber these days, but every time I've called they have been able to get somebody out to help the same day. Today I needed them to snake a mainline clog from the house to the street. $385, but they were at my house in less that 4 hours from when I called and got the job done. Everything works great now. I was afraid I might have to borrow the kitty's litter box...LOL! I'm not going to bother calling anybody else from now on. Save up for emergencies and when they happen, just get it done!

My Plumber was, at first, very nice and informative on the phone about a mysterious underground leak on our property. HOWEVER, after we did all the digging ourselves to find the leak, witnessed the 35 minute job with less than $10 in 2 parts to fix the problem, we paid a $295!The next day, and days to follow, I called and texted My Plumber 3 times and politely requesting a breakdown for repair. I never heard a peep from him/them again; Nor will we EVER use their services again.
