We had a major water leak in our crawl space that has a very small opening for access I myself could not find the leak, as it turns out it was between the floor and sub floor. Two plumbers came out and quickly found and repaired the problem, they were friendly professional, they explained the problem and gave estimate first before starting the repair I'm a do it yourself kinda guy and a penny pincher so really didn't want to call a plumber, but they were surprisingly very reasonable and made sure everything was clean and back in its place! I would highly recommend My Plumber to anyone needing plumbing work. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Mr. Plumber you saved my day! Andy Mentor-on-the-Lake

We had My Plumber in Mentor, OH install a new water heater and couldn't be happier with our choice or the results. They were available to immediately respond and flexible enough to accommodate our schedule. But the best part of the process was the people with whom we engaged. From our initial inquiry with Tiffany on the phone, to the installation with Tony and Jordan, everything was perfect. Professional, Courteous, Prompt, and all with a smile and sense of humor that actually made the process fun. The work was done right and completely cleaned when the work was done. This is the third or fourth time our family has used My Plumber and as far as we are concerned, they really have become, MY plumber. If we need a plumber in the future, there will be no hesitation in calling them. Do yourself a favor and call them first or last, but be sure to call.

Wow what can I say....called and scheduler was very friendly and helpful. Quickly got the service we needed. The two plumbers that came were very good and cleaned up their mess. Definitely will call again when needed.

We had moved into an older home that needed a new waste pipe and we a 1/2 bath installed. Charlie and T.J are great guys! Very nice, knowledgeable, efficient. They gave a great price especially considering they had to jack hammer out the cement to put in the new waste pipe in the basement, They arrived on time or within an half hour of the time they said they would arrive . My husband and I are so pleased with their work . No Negative comments. I would definitely use them again.!!Great guys! Best price, and excellent work!

We had sewer backup and decided to call plumbers. My Plumber had an opening and Nick showed up promptly. He did a quick search of the sewer pipes in the basement and then explained clearly what was the problem and how much it would cost. He got working on the clogged sewer line from house to the city sewer pipes. After 2 hours he reported that the clog was cleared and found the ""culprit "" that caused the clog! Believe it or not it was a now dead RAT! Needless to say it grossed us all out and created this awful smell! Hope the smell killed all other bugs in the Basement!!
Nick was excellent, he gave us a run down of what to do in future and that reoccurrence of this symptom would be remote! He invoiced is exactly as estimated! Will call them again, if I ever need ( hopefully never) plumber!!

Hired ""My Plumber"" to install a gas line to our deck for use with a natural gas grill. The job involved connecting to a nearby fireplace gas line in t basement out the sill, running approximately 15 feet to the deck location. When I made the appointment I was told there was a $59 service fee and that their rate was $85 per hour. The gentleman on the phone (owner?) estimated the job to take between 2 - 3 hours. Fair enough. To our surprise, two plumbers arrived and ""re-estimated"";the job between $500 - 600, including labor and materials. Since my wife already took the day off from work we bit the bullet and had them do the job. The job did take exactly three hours. They charged us the $59 service fee and approximately $50 for materials. They also charged us $450 for labor..................evidently $75 per hour for each of the plumbers - $150 per hour rate! The grand total was $558, nearly twice the estimate. Whiled they arrived on time and seemingly did quality work, there is no excuse for the ""bait and switch"" regarding the labor cost. They told my wife ""the job was more difficult than they originally thought"". I call BS. It was a very straight forward job and should have required only one plumber. My first, only, and last experience with this contractor. Caveat emptor.........................

I called a couple weeks ago on a Friday. I was told to call back on Monday. I called back on Monday and got a voice mail. I left a message along with my name and phone number. I never received a return call. I can understand a business being busy but there is no excuse for not returning my call.

I hired these plumbers based on the positive reviews from other customers on Yelp. Dan indicated that the plumber would arrive around 9:30 today. Actually arrived at 10:05 with 2 people when I was expecting only one. They were not aware of all of the repairs/installations to be completed and said one guy would need to leave at noon. Very disorganized but polite. I was quoted a rate of $85/hr for labor and a $59 service charge and told to expect 3-4 hours work time when they arrived.

During the course of the repair/installation they cracked a piece of enamel off of the tub. They were also short screws for the drain repair. They started out wearing booties to protect the floor but quit wearing them 1/2 way through the job for reasons unknown. At the 3 hour mark they said they were almost done, took a break for 10-15 minutes and came back in when I asked what was going on. I had had a single plumber do essentially the same service about 10 years ago by himself in 3 hours. So 2 guys working for 4 hours left me scratching my head a bit.

In any case, the repair and installation were completed and working correctly. They dabbed on a bit of porcelain repair on the spot they damaged. The color doesn't match the rest of the tub and looks a little rough. Not the best repair of the porcelain that I would have expected but the tub is now is at least functional.

The bill was calculated and given to me with a labor rate of $600. They proceed to tell me that the rate is essentially double what I was quoted as labor is per person. After a phone call to the office it was adjusted back to the quoted rate.

The good part of their service is that they showed up relatively on time and completed the job within the estimated time. The bad part of the service was damaging the porcelain and doing a lackluster repair of that damage. The billing issue was fixed with little hassle but it was still a little shady.

The guys were nice, neat and professional for the most part. Better than some other plumbers I have known but not the best out there. Be sure to get a quote prior to service so there are no issues at bill time. I'm not quite sure why they have a service charge if they bill by the hour either. Food for thought when looking for a plumber.
