Had mike come out to install a new faucet that I purchased a while back. He was great!! Super efficient, talked me through everything he did, and even tightened my garbage disposal and re adjusted my sink hose while he was at it! Will definitely use again and can't recommend enough! Thank you !

I can't say enough positive things about these guys!! I needed someone to come look at my forced hot water heater since heat wasn't working upstairs and also needed a clogged toilet looked at. They came quickly, were open and honest with what the issue and fix needed was, and did it in a timely manner. They were also very reasonable with their prices.

I have since had them come over for two more separate incidents dealing with pipes/leaking and they were able to quickly resolve the issues once again.

Highly recommend this company! They will be getting all my plumbing business going forward!

Great service and would definitely call again if I need plumbing services again. He came out in a snow storm to snake my toilet. When we realized something had fallen off the shelf above the toilet into the toilet and that snaking it wouldn't help, he provided great recommendations on a new toilet. He didn't charge me for that initial visit. He picked up the new toilet, lugged it up 4 flights, and quickly removed the old toilet and installed the new one. Really nice guy and great service.

Michael from My Plumber was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable! He got here quickly on a Saturday and replaced our water heater within 2 hours. He even followed up later to make sure our hot water was working properly.

I have never been more impressed in my life with service that this company provided. The plumbers, Mike and Bernie were outstanding. They were on time, quickly installed my hot water heater, cleaned up and left in just about an hour. They provide a great service and they are great human beings. The price was probably the best I could've ever got. Overpriced! $375 to change a faucet! I used these guys based on previous reviews of how reasonable they are. I disagree....they may be knowledgeable but this simple job did not merit the cost. Shop around and trust your gut about contractors.

These guys will definitely be my go-to - knowledgeable and not just out to make a buck off of people who don't know better. Have a pipe that needs replacing and he explained how doing it myself was super feasible and way cheaper. Offered lots of tips on tools, etc. and was really helpful. Wore a mask as well which I appreciated. Definitely call these guys up for your plumbing needs!

Mike is great. We just moved into a new home in South Philly and had a bunch of stuff from our inspection list that we needed to have taken care of. First was the HVAC condensation not draining properly. He came by the next day to build out the appropriate fix for it. Really quick and explained what he did in detail.

He also talked us through some of the other stuff on our list and look forward to calling him up again to take care of it.
