So I called the company Friday night looking to get emergency service on an active leak... The receptionist told me that they only had day appointments on Saturday, 8:30-6 open. I told her that would be fine and was also looking to get an estimate for a house re-pipe. (I've been told these go as high as $5000.) She noted that she would put notes on my ticket stating I had an active leak and needed an early appointment. The next morning I found that the leak was bigger than expected and destroyed most of my house looking for the problem, SAVING the plumber time to cut holes in dry-wall. We lost track of time and saw it was 1pm!!! I called quickly and the receptionist handed me off the the dispatcher, he did an in depth problem diagnosis over the phone so he could tell his plumber, when he was finished with his current job what to expect. At 3 I called back, telling them my leak was getting WORSE , and they told me he was finishing up his job... At 4 I turned off my water, called MYPLUMBER and told them I need a plumber at my house ASAP, I was told at least and hour and a half. Now granted, I could have turned my water off soon, and it was an all day window. However, I called the night before looking for emergency service and called numerous times during the call window. The business I am in we would BEND OVER BACKWARDS to keep that client... they really didn't care about me.... no happy referrals from me.
