Sumbags and horrible service. They think when you schedule a time, there is a multiple hour window that they can show up. No. When we schedule a time, you be professional and show up. Then they tell me I'm not their only customer. Straight scumbags

Highly incompetent and rude guys. First they didn't diagnose the problem correctly and later their manager is threatening me for paying more to finish the work. I wish I have read the negative reviews for this company online before hiring them. People trying to hire next should see the video of the work quality (after they claimed to finish the work). Curtis Hooks was the guy who did the evaluation and estimation. I am now forced to find another company to finish the job.

If I could give him zero I would. had him come out to camera my line. His camera didn't have video working or that's what he said. Then he told me I had a bubble in my pipe under my bathroom and would be 10s of thousands to repair. I asked him to send me the video so I could get estate, asked him to refund my money if he couldn't give me the footage. He did neither. I had scade plumbing out turns out he was lying it was just a clog. He tired to have me tear up all the cement floors in my house to replace a pipe that was fine. Scammer don't use

I am beyond happy with my experience with My Plumber in Tampa. I had water dripping from the ceiling ain the kitchen every time someone took a shower upstairs. Randy was very responsive, communicated the good news with the bad news regarding the pipe that needed to be fixed, and quickly repaired the pipe. My Plumber is officially stored in my cell phone and I will recommend them to all my friends who need their services!

This company told me the water softener they were installing was new. It has not worked properly since day one. They charged me over $2,000. I just had Culligan and they said they lied and grossly overcharged me for a used water softener. Stay away from these money hungry creeps. I would not refer them to my worst enemy. Please heed my advice and spread the word. They should not be in business.
