A sign of a good plumber is being on demand. Sometimes they can be late to an appointment, BUT they contact you and re adjust. Oscar was 2 days late, but when he explained what he sold I told him that he had an Engineering degree earned from experience. Oscar happily goes under the house, which is a rarity today. His assistant was quick and efficient and what I hoped would be a simple job, OF COURSE turned into a 3 hour project. Oscar not only fixed the rotted old pipe, but repaired an air conditioning duct that he noticed was disconnected. Great job. Wonderful people.

Oscar Suarez owner of ""My Plumber"" in Livermore is the best plumbing company I have ever used. I used Valley Plumbing in Pleasanton For a remodel 4 years ago. What a mistake. After spending almost 20k for a Valley Plumbing remodel the shower pan cracked and leaks reappeared. I used Oscar Suarez's ""My Plumber"" company to remove and reinstall everything Valley Plumbing remodeled at a less expensive price. Superb craftsmanship. I should have used My Plumber"" for the remodel 4 years ago. I no longer recommend ""Valley Plumbing"".

So I had a ""plumbing"" emergency on a Friday evening at 4:45 pm. Of course I did. I called 11 plumbers. Eleven - including those claiming 24/7 service. Of those 11, 3 actually answered the phone. Only ONE, Oscar My Plumber was willing to come over and fix the problem. He showed up in less than an hour and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and, as a bonus, friendly. I highly recommend him.

Oscar was recommended to me by my former plumber when he began doing mostly commercial plumbing. Oscar installed a new hot water in 2016 at a resonable price the next day after I called, he did a great job.
A few weeks ago in selling my home I had a home inspector comming the next day and needed two bathtub fictutres repaired, a pipe for the shower replaced and toilet repaired. I called Oscar in the morning and he was there in the afternoon to fix all, again at a resonable price. Everything passed inspection including water heater.
I am very greatfull for Oscar`s prompt and expert response to both my plumbing crises.
Oscar is only plumber I have ever given a tip for his excellent service.

Oscar Suarez, My Plumber, was recommended to me by my general contractor several years ago for a second-story bathtub drain leak that my new tenants had let me know about (""Water is coming through the dining room ceiling light fixture!""). He was able to get out there quickly and solve the problem for them and me.
I just had him out to my own house in Fremont to do a water heater replacement. He was able to make time for my job, kept me informed as to his schedule, and coordinated with me on the type of water heater I needed. He has a well-organized van full of parts, and today he had a helper who was quiet and polite.
Today's job should have been straightforward, but turned out to be a series of small disasters: one my fault, one the appliance's fault. Through the whole process Oscar was polite, calm, flexible, and considerate. I believe his prices are competitive and fair.
I don't write a lot of reviews and this is Oscar's first Yelp review - I'm almost afraid to let the secret out - but wanted to take the time to compliment good, professional work.
