I met with Alex and his son, Will, for an issue I was having with my toilet. Both men were very kind, professional, and willing to work with me on pricing.

Not only did they fix my problem to a high-level, but they went above and beyond by teaching me more about my houses water system and where things are located.

I highly recommend this company. They are great people, knowledgeable, and very affordable.

It was just a faucet that need to be fixed it went from 165 to 385 he did go and get a new faucet to put in because of that when I had wasn't gonna work but I think for 385 that was a lot of money for 10 minutes of work but it's done and I appreciate it so thanks just a lot of money that I didn't have to pay out

My Mother in Law's water meter was advancing when everything was shut off in the house. It was running a little less than a gallon a minute, and no water was visible anywhere. We called Alex and he was on site the same day within 2 hours of our call! He found a small leak in a wall at the water regulator, and also in the irrigation feed line underground near the irrigation valves. Alex and Thania (Owner) quoted the repair at a VERY reasonable rate, and upon our approval scheduled the work and completed the fix quickly. Great compnay. Highly recommend. Net result for Me: Happy Mother in Law, happy Wife, Happy Life!

I couldn't speak more highly of the service I received from Alex and his team. I had an issue in Sunday and he helped me isolate the issue over the phone to save on troubleshooting cost. My work schedule is a challenge but he worked to accommodate me with no issue at all. Within an hour the plumbing issue was resolved and at a very affordable rate. In addition to that he also fix an issue I had been having with my front door. Don't hesitate in contacting Alex, hands down best customer service I ever had from any in home service.

I called at about 5:40pm and they were at my house ready to work in less than 30 minutes! How great is that! These guys definitely knew what they were doing they were able to get my kitchen sink unclogged as well as my bathtub. They killed two birds with one stone. They will definitely be my go to guys next time I have any issues.
