I was needing to replace the old origional above ground pvc water lines at my tack barn and I called Steve. He came out, took a short look. gave me a price to replace it with all copper fittings and shut off valves. I gave him the go ahead and he did a fantastic job. Every joint was soldered and wiped clean and Steve cleans up after himself, no trash or old pcs left laying around. Great Job!

Steve came out on a Sunday morning, his price was more then reasonable compared to a major commercial chains that would have added and extra emergency/weekend fee. He also took time to help us with our water softener that wasn't part of the original call. He was on time and very professional. We will definitely call on him again if we ever need a plumber. And we will be recommending him to our friends and family.

Steve did extensive work on my house and did a great job. I would have recommended him to anyone and I did. The last project and finishing touches to my basically whole house remodel was to change out a kitchen faucet and finish installing a hot water tap for the kitchen that he was waiting on a part for. I live on the other side of town from him and he just kept giving me the run around about finishing it. And basically what it came down to was that I had already paid him for everything and he didn't want to drive that far and spend gas money. I've given him 3 months to finish it and he has just blown me off every time I message. It is so disappointing because I really trusted that he would finish this. He did thousands of dollars of work over the two years I was remodeling and but wouldn't finish this last bit. He does good work but don't pay him until everything is completed.

To follow up Steve Martins reply below - That is not true whatsoever - Bob Kelm owns home - call me 602-796-3649 & I will give you Bob's number to speak to him yourself. We now have two assessments & both have the real issues assessed. He threatened me on HIS SONS CELL PHONE at 9:12 pm. Bob said he doesn't know Steve Martin from Adam - agrees he threatened me verbally & in the attached texts. Our lawyer & law enforcement are working on this. This guy doesn't tell the truth & lied below. I will attach this guys invoice compared too the real companies invoices - Clearly one professional & the other not professional. I submitted a review after Steve Martin the owner was rude too my wife - Misdiagnosed the issue causing water to come up from a leak behind our bathroom wall - He tried too charge me $140 to come out but didn't do anything. Claimed water was being splashed out of bathtub - The Plumber Guy came out - Found multiple leaks - Fixed some & still has too come back out too fix another. This original plumber threatened me with violence - He texted me his address & told me too come over so he can break my neck - It was because we told him that wasn't the problem - And we were correct. The Plumber Guy company is AWESOME!! This guy - Did not diagnose the issue - wanted $140 - then threatened me with violence. Read the attachments from his texts I attached - DO NOT LET THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME. 9:22 PM that same evening he & his Son called my phone & called me a bunch of expletives & again threatened me with violence - He claims he didn't but we have the phone number - It belongs too his Son. Another plumber came out & said My Plumber Steve Martin has no idea what he is doing - Gave a correct assessment & estimate. We have a hearing coming up with the R.O.C. & Arizona Corporation Commission with lawyer & the good plumbing company My Plumber Guy with the real assessments- They will be part of hearing & court case -

Steve from My Plumber was awesome. Great communication, fast service, reasonable pricing, and friendly. He came in the morning, diagnosed the problem with my pressure reducing valve, went to the plumbing supply store, returned, and had it replaced before 11 am.

Sewer backed up and Steven offered over half off what the major competition was quoting me. He came over and was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. As he promised, problem was fixed and it was like they were never there. Very satisfied with the service

This guy was very quick to respond, I had a leak with my washing machine valves coming from the wall. He showed me the issue, and I did not need to replace the valves as I thought. He was very friendly and responsive. I was late to getting home for my appointment and he was super understanding. I'm glad he didn't try and up sell or tell me other things were wrong. Considering it was just a tightening issue. He's 100% honest and will do business with again for any of my plumbing needs.

Steve has done several jobs for us (toilet plumbing, installed an all-house water treatment system...). He will travel the entire valley to take care of your needs. He's super quick to respond, meticulous in his work, and his prices are extremely reasonable!
