I have to be honest about My Philly Heating and Air Conditioning. I am an landlord, I own over 50 rental properties, I often need HVAC work done at my properties. I have had lots of experience with contractors as well as HVAC contractors oiver the years. I saw MPH & AC trucks on the road and thought I'd give them a try next time I had the need for HVAC work. Well, they are the worst HVAC company I have ever tried to give my business too. I called for a simple repair to a hot water tank. To start with, the technician showed up late without the proper tools to fix the issue. He then didn't return for three days leaving my tenant without hot water. When he showed up again, I was given all sorts of excuses why they couldn't fix the problem at that time, none of which made sense to me. At that point I started dealing with the owner, which was even worse. The owner (Mike) promised to fix the issue with the hot water tank but said he couldn't get there for 3 more day's because there was a heat wave and he was working on a larger more important higher paying job... (At this point my tenant was without hot water for about a week.) I was furious that I was put behind other larger higher paying jobs. I was never told from the beginning, it would be over a week before I could get a service tech there and get this resolved. At this point my tenant is making is asking me to put her up in a hotel due to her not having hot water. I then called the owner again to plead with him to get someone there sooner, but he stop taking my calls. I started texting him in order to try to reason with him to please take care of this. He did not answer any of my 7 texts, until finally texting me back saying ""I am on vacation with my family and can be bother with this now""..... I strongly advice not using My Philly Heating and Air Conditioning.......

I highly recommend My Philly Heating and Air Conditioning Company. When I contacted My Philly Heating and Air Conditioning, Mike return my call right away and was very professional. I explained to Mike that my AC unit wasn't working. He offered to come out to my house the same day. When I called other companies they told me they couldn't come out the same day. Mike sent one of he's service guy's out to my house by the name of Rob on the same day.. He arrived at my house on time and he was very knowledgeable easy going and looking to help me save money in every way possible. Thanks to My Philly Heating and Air Conditioning my AC unit is fixed and is working fine. Excellent Service....

Excellent service! Reliable, trustworty, honest and affordable. I have used them twice. Both times were a pleasant experience. Last year it was the middle of a nasty snow storm and late at night + my heater stopped blowing warm air. I called the emergency line and very shortly after there was a repair man at my home. It was late, very cold outside and several inches of snow had landed and wasn't stopping anytime soon. He fixed the problem fairly quickly and didn't charge me a fortune, which under the circumstances, I honestly wouldn't have minded paying.
So again late last nite my heater stopped working (different problem then last time) and I awoke to 46* in my house. I called this company again and shortly after Mike showed up. He quickly fixed it and once again became my hero + restored my heat wthout charging me a fortune. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an hvac guy. I'm a happy satisfied customer and I'm sure you will feel same way.
