I am new to the area and asked around for suggestions on a plumber for some home remodeling we were doing. Received several quotes, some over the phone because the company didn't want to come to the house. Steve scheduled an appointment right away. He gave us a very reasonable quote and started the job the following Monday. Took two full days and they did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs!

These plumbers will forever be MY plumbers. As a family owned business I found them very polite and understanding. They were upfront with pricing and how they would go about fixing my problem. I highly recommend them to anyone! Steve got ahold of me via phone call and when I missed his phone call he texted me, so that when I wasn't busy I could easily text him back. They came over that day and handled everything fast. I believe his son was the one that came by and helped me with my problem and he was very understanding as he had to wait on me to get ahold of my husband. I was just blown away at how nice they both were and how professional and up front they were. 100% recommend them to anyone!!

Came out and fixed nothing....told us it MIGHT be our dishwasher, charged us $168 and when we asked them to come back because the leak persisted even with the dishwasher off, we were told they couldn't for another 4 days with an attitude! Definitely do not recommend!!

On the recommendation of several people I called MPP. I left a detailed message. A day later, after not hearing from anyone I called again. I got a live person, a man. Explained I had called and left a message, was told to text my name and address and problem and """"the office"""" would call. No apology or anything, did as asked. Never heard from them again. I called another company, find I need a repipe. Several thousands of dollars MPP would have had first shot at. You can be the best plumber in the world but if you don't show the common courtesy to return two (2) calls and a text, I guess your business is busy enough without me. Find this so odd given all the people who seem to like this company. Oh well.

Outstanding service!! We called the night before and they were out by lunch the next day. It was a non-emergency situation. Upon arriving, they were very professional, friendly, and had the local/family owned charm. All that needed to be done was tightening a nut on a leaky washer valve. We just moved into our home 3 days prior. He did a walk through of the home answering all plumbing questions I had AND how to fix it. I will be using My Personal Plumber anytime a plumbing problem arises. Great rates too!

Steve just finished replacing a leaking hot water heater. What a great job. He accepted the job immediately upon receiving the call and treated it as the high priority I requested. After an on-site visit to confirm the issue he located a replacement and scheduled a convenient time for installation. The job was completed with dispatch. My Personal Plumber is my go to site for plumbing work. This was not their first visit. We have already arranged for them to handle planned changes. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Warning - unethical and incompetent. I hired My Personal Plumber several times over the years to repair toilets, etc. No complaints. This past May I paid them $ 395.00 to install a whole house filter. This was clearly beyond their understanding and they installed it so that it comes out of the hot water heater. It took another plumber about 30 seconds to tell me only half of my water was being filtered. My Personal Plumber first pushed off dealing with it by telling me they would return my call on the following Monday. No call. When I did call I was told it was not convenient for them to take down my phone number at that time to return my call, and that it was installed that way because it was really a water softener (not), and I told them to do it that way (yeah, right). Don't use them. If there's an issue, you will get the big stonewall. The entire installation will need to be redone from scratch.
