Steve from My Maricopa Plumber was excellent. We called on a Saturday morning for a family member who lives in Maricopa and the company had great communication about what time we should expect him to arrive. Steve went above and beyond, including sending me photos so that we would be able to fix the issue on our own next time. He charged us only for the emergency fee. Would strongly recommend!

TERRIBLE follow through and took $175 just to come out and have the salesman take pics of my Corvettes.

I'm also going to fight the charge. $175 service call? I paid since I assumed they were a legit company that cared about customers. They don't, they took $175 from a retired guy whose father just died (fixing up his place to sell).

I needed A LOT of work and they failed several times. The sales guy walked the property and didn't interact much as I was asking questions and letting him know what needs to be done. He promised me an estimate EOD. Two weeks later I had to call the company to ask where my estimate was. Blah blah blah ""We'll get it to you today or tomorrow"" was 11 days ago and still nothing.

They're good at sending me notices to rate them so here ya go, ZERO STARS.

Typical of the trades out here, all talk no action.

They located the leak, provided me a great estimate on the spot, cleared their calendar and fit me in quickly, which saved me a lot of money. I had them replace a tub drain I had preciously tried to do myself and couldn't get it to thread in correctly. Hardware store sold me wrong threads. Anyways they were prompt, reasonable on price and got it done.

Finding a good honest company is hard, but after checking reviews on this company I decided to give them a shot.

Not only were they very responsive they completed the job efficiently and were friendly and professional. Oh and the pricing is very competitive.

I would definitely recommend this business.

These people came to our home and fraudulently told us our water softener wasn't working correctly. They wanted to sell us one, and were pushing the sale. We knew something wasn't quite right. After they left, we had our softener tested by two other plumbing companies who said it was working perfectly! Wouldn't trust this company again. They were overpriced and fraudulent in their work. Never again!!!

They don't even deserve 1 star !

Using my husbands profile, but had to share: I was sold using My Maricopa Plumber a couple years ago when I went to Ace Hardware lost in the plumbing isle trying to fix my leaky faucet. Two men saw I was lost and asked if I needed help, Ace has so many helpful people I initially thought they worked there. These men looked at my photos I took and got me exactly what I needed. They didn't try even offer a business card or anything, but I did notice their outfits that they were a plumbing company from My Maricopa. The next plumbing repair I needed I could not fix on my own, you bet I called My Maricopa Plumber. They have helped me with so many issues around my home, even if it's not even repairing something, but teaching me about my plumbing stuff around my house. I could see someone else thinking they could have lost some business or work, but they have been so accommodating and great. We recently had them install the water softener, water heater, and r/o. We needed some projects off our hands and they got it done in a day and a half as it was a huge project. I had an extra little project as I wanted the r/o to have different finish, they stayed late and completed it at no extra cost. They are just the best guys, I can't speak highly enough about them. So professional, not a negative criticism to give.
