Justin was fantastic. He answered my call immediately and came over within the hour. He fixed our toilet in less then 15 minutes and was very reasonably priced. Very satisfied! Would highly recommend.

Justin installed a sump pump on my property in November. Since then , the pump has failed numerous times resulting in flooding of my home. He insists the pump is in working order and does not need to be replaced. I can only determine that one of two things is occurring. One: the pump is defective and needs to be replaced or Two, it was installed incorrectly. Either way, it's his responsibility to correct the problem so that I don't have to sweat out every rain. This should not be happening with an install that is less than one year old. He has now taken to ignoring calls and texts requesting this be fixed. My next action will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I do NOT recommend this company.

Reached out via Yelp for a quote to replace plumbing fixtures including toilet, shower head and controls and sink faucet in our guest bathroom. The owner provided a quote and we settled in a date and time for the work.

The morning of, no one showed and after several hours I reached out to their business line but reached an ""unavailable"" message. Sent a message through Yelp again and got the attached response. They forgot to show up at our house and make money.

Rather than start over, and against my better judgement, we opted to schedule a new date and time for today. I'd received a call at 7:20am saying they would be late for our 8:30 time but would be here by 9am. At 9:40, I called the owner who didn't recognize my name despite all the contacts and issues so far. After realizing who I was, he asked ""is he there yet?"" I told him no one showed and to cancel our appointment.

If you have trouble keeping to a schedule and can't get employees to show up to make money, I won't risk letting you deal with the plumbing in my home.

We're happy with the plumbing work Justin & his dad performed at our newly purchased home. They installed a new hot water heater and 3 toilets. Justin came to review the work requested and provided an estimate same day. Once approved, they came a couple of days later and did the installations. They were short on the white outer sleeve for one of the water feeds so Justin made sure it was installed 2 days later and that we were happy with all the work. They took pride in their work so we appreciate that. We will definitely use them again.
