I called ""My local plumber"" four times. They told me they would be there within the hour after an hour i called they said 30 minutes, two hours later a no show. I called them the next morning and he said ""I found another job that would pay more"" I said you could have called he said ""yeah well"". Absolutely no customer service.

I called Wednesday to make an appt. today 9/27 at 9:00. It is 2.5 hours later and no one has shown or called. This is horrible customer service. I left all my information with him, but this company has failed to show.

Im very disappointed of the service from My Local Plumber. I called for a common leak in my bathtub faucet. The next day found my faucet still leaking so I called up Michael to fix it after paying him. Til this day it is still leaking. I just got scammed and robbed. This surprises me to think he couldn't fix a leak for a plumber! Be aware!! I am still waiting for my refund from him.

MIchael (and his assisant) came to my residence, same day, and replaced some corroded (40 year old) pipe in my bathroom. He ran to Home Depot and back, the job was done in under two hours. He was fast and courteous, took photos of the work he did, offered me a fair price, and a receipt. I really appreciate that he is a local resident, a fast and skilled worker, and really a very good communicator. I would definitely recommend him and I will hire him again.

Seemed like a nice guy on the phone. Might even do good work. But he made an appointment to come over the morning after we spoke, took my address and phone, and that was the last I heard from him. No show, no call.

Mystery to me: how do contractors survive acting like that? A LOT of them seem to pull that stuff. In my business, somebody would eat my lunch in a month if I didn't show or call for an appointment.

I found Michael on here...I read the reviews and I called him.
My water heater pipe cracked. He came to our house super fast and did the job.
So, glad I came across his services on here. He is easy to talk to ans answered all my questions and explained all my options.
I will recommend Michael hands down!
I also plan on using his services again.

Look no further, Michael is quick and gives good explanations for all services along with helpful tips. If your looking for a local plumber that will do more than just take your money give him a call you won't be disappointed. I called with a clogged shower and within an hour he was here fixing it and showing me things I could do in the future to prevent these problems since my house and piping are old everything needs extra care. Thanks again Michael for all your help.

REALLY, REALLY BAD.... if you looking to hire a pro mike is not your guy.. lots of no shows and late calls with reasons why he could'nt make it. when he finally did, and i thought he had solved my sink issue i was wrong. so know im looking for another plumber to fix my sink.......and pay a second time.... take it from me do not hire this guy

My Local Plumber was great. I highly recommend them. I talked to Michael on the phone and he was polite and nice. I thought I would have to wait a few days to get my shower unclogged. He said he was in the area and would be right over. He came with tools in hand and fixed the problem. Very nice man.

I will use him again for sure. He is now ""My Local Plumber"" His price was so affordable. Thanks Michael for your great service.
