My husband and I have been using My Home Expert since we bought our home a few years ago. They've helped us keep up with the regular tasks necessary to maintaining a home inside and out (e.g., lawn care, clearing gutters, and vent cleaning). The service they provide has been indispensable to us, as these are things can be easily overlooked amidst the busy nature of our daily lives.

What's more, we've come to rely on them for the various ""emergencies"" that have popped up from time to time, such as a leaking toilet and an air conditioner that stopped running on a particularly hot day. My Home Expert has always been able to schedule appointments with high quality companies and service providers.

We've grown to depend on My Home Expert for excellent communication and coordination. Dana is always the first person we contact when faced with an issue related to home, whether it be repair, regular maintenance, or improvement.

Albert and his associate installed a wooden bifold door in my hallway closet. Not an easy job since walls and edges are not true.
They were very precise in making sure the door was installed properly with adjustments as needed for proper functioning.

Very happy with my experience with this team. I needed the base of my kitchen sink cabinet replaced after a water leak left the wood warped and moldy. I requested a quote via Yelp and got a response and quote within a few hours. It took a day or two to work out the logistics to schedule an appointment. I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because the handyman cancelled last minute before the first date we chose because of transportation problems (and it was early on a Saturday, so I'd already missed my chance to sleep in). But Adam was right on time for the make-up date and we were very happy with the service. He got right to work, had all the right tools and supplies, and was done in less than 3 hours. The cabinet looks great - you can't even tell anything was replaced. We will be back for future small jobs we aren't up to tackling ourselves.

I had my summer HvAC maintenance yesterday. It was a great experience. Greg explained everything to me and cleaned my A/Cs. He also went above and beyond and checked both of my furnaces as well. He changed the filters and checked all of the dampers throughout the house to make sure they were functioning well. Beyond the service itself he was a nice guy, wore shoe covers without my asking and was patient when finished while I was on a work call. It was easy to set up and I received an email confirmation to put in my calendar. I would highly recommend My town HOA! So easy to use, reliable & nice contractor as well as excellent service.
