Unfortunately, after the quick response on my initial posting, I never got received any communication on when they might be able to come by to view the project and give me a quote. They requested photos of the project which I sent over but nothing else after that.

If they were not interested, it would be proper to let me know.

I called this company and asked if he can do a specific service and he said oh yes, let me call you right back and never ever did. I'm assuming he doesn't have the skills to do electrical and makes false promises. In my opinion, I would be cautious of hiring this man.

I recommend this service. I messaged him on Yelp and he responded the same day, then came out the next day to repair my pocket door and repaint it. He left no mess and it looks as good as new! Very happy with the whole process.

I rarely post reviews on here even when I do not get good service but I feel I have to for people to know the truth. I had originally posted something on here to warn people about this guy, but he called me to have me remove the review and negotiated with me by giving half my money back. I did end up taking it down but after seeing how he installed our 70"" TV and how unsafe it was, especially with having babies crawling and running around, I felt it was my due diligence to let people know how dishonest, unprofessional and how he overcharges people. He replaced 2 of our toilets, recaulked areas in our restroom and mounted 5 tv's, mind you we paid for all the materials and it's a normal bracket with no wires hiding. He charged us $1,200 for everything. I have posted pics of the job he has done. As you can see he didn't want to patch up the hole by the toilet, which he could have used grout to do it, and on top of that he did not haul away the old toilets. The caulking work was done poorly. It looks like toothpaste. It looks hideous! Now, the worst part, as seen in the picture, is when he mounted our 70"" TV. The screw is horizontal and the bracket is not flushed against the wall. How freakin' dangerous is this!?!?!? Imagine this television falling on your 7 month old or 2 year old! I was able to get half my money back but the fact of the matter is that I don't want anyone else to go through what we went through. Unfortunately, we had to pay a real handyman, who is licensed and insured, to redo the job. He was shocked at the work Miguel did, especially with how unsafe the TV mount was. The real handyman told me that Miguel did a half ass job because my husband bought the wrong bracket. The bracket fit the TV but it was for 16 "" studs and we needed a bracket that fits an 18"" or more for the studs, Miguel should have been honest with us before he mounted it, so we could have bought the right bracket. Our new guy said Miguel had to have known but installed it anyway, even though it was unsafe. Hence why the screw is crooked and the bracket isn't flushed. He would jeopardize the safety of own children just to make a buck. Beware of this guy. We had to take more money out of our pockets to hire another guy to do the job correctly.

We found Miguel on Yelp and based on some reviews, we contacted him for two bathroom faucet replacements and to secure a water heater. Since the faucets were older it took some time and wasn't an easy task. Miguel explained risks as he went through the job which may incur more labor and money. In the end, we were extremely satisfied with the job and his expertise. We will be definitely call on him again for future projects. He has a good demeanor, came prepared for the job and cleaned up the work area before leaving. Don't hesitate to call him for your projects, he's prompt in getting back to you.
