Awesome service, from Donavan at My Guy form my AC condensing unit. He called to see if he come by sooner than my 3:00 appointment and it 90F+ in Escondido, I said sure. He found the problem right away, tuned and cleaned my unit and I was u\p and running in no time. I highly recommend My Guy Heating Air. 2 Thumbs up.

Came home on a Friday & AC wasn't operating at 100%. Contacted them via text & was told CARRIE would get back to us within 30 minutes. Nothing. Gone all day the next day, came home & AC wasn't working AT ALL. Contacted them again - they advised Sat hours are 8-12 & they could do an EMERGENCY repair (I'm sure that rate is much higher!!) Over 24 hours & CARRIE still hasn't contacted us. Another request has been submitted. They've really dropped the ball on this one. They still have time to make it right so I'll hold off on my rating for now.....stay tuned.....

Well, my husband called on Monday (still no return call from CARRIE) and they ""read through the notes"" and said we could get an appointment on Wednesday- that would have been 5 days after our first call, which they never responded to.

We went elsewhere- got same day service and will not be going back to My Guy.

I made an appointment with My Guy on Wednesday 24. Appt was confirmed by email for Mon 29 8-11 am. I took off work to meet with them . I received an email at 11:05 am changing date to Tuesday 30 8am-10am. I receive a call saying that she sent first email and then immediately sent 2nd email as correction. I tried to explain I received email after original appt time she would not listen VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Be very wary of appointments, apparently the customers time means nothing.

Loved the service from CJ. Diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and fixed another issue I was having with the duct work! Fast efficient service and he showed up within the window, which is always a plus! We will use them again!

I had a new furnace installed just over a year ago. This past month I turned on the air conditioning and a terrible odor can out of the vents. I called My Guys that had installed the furnace; the technician worked on it. The terrible odor was gone but there still lingered a musty order coming from the vents. The owner, Kalib came out and brought 2 technicians. They went step by step showing me the possible causes of the odor and eliminating the possibilities one by one. They then replaced the old PVC pipe that was probably causing the problem. Kalib even said if all this didn't work he would replace the coils. They spent a great deal of time making absolutely sure things were right and I was satisfied.

If you need a company that stands behind their product and workmanship, be sure to call My Guys. I have been so disappointed with businesses that lack integrity and customer service. Kalib has shown me there are still solid, honest businesses around. I could not be more pleased.

We were very happy with the service of these guys. Jared was out first and said the unit was a dinosaur so no parts...next came Storm and Alex with a complete new unit...but that was three days later in the mean time Jared brought us out a portable unit that saved us through the heat wave..much appreciated. So back to Storm and Alex...about a 6hour install they said, finished in about 4.5 Storm lost another 10lbs working up in our 140 degree attic...
All in all this company rocks. All of the people we came in contact with were courteous, professional and VERY knowledgeable.
Fantastic Job...Gabe they need a raise!

We called My Guy Heating & Air and got an appointment the very next day right before the Fourth of July holiday. Brian came on time and called before he got here. He was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed our problem and let us know what the options were. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He had everything on his truck to complete the repair and finished it same day within a couple hours.
