We had them replace both our furnaces and air conditioner units. We also had them put in a split unit for a couple of back bedrooms. A few problems with our existing thermostats and they replaced them right away. Not inexpensive but great service and follow up.

Thank you YELP for helping me find My Guy Heating & Air Company...They are Awesome! My 10 yr. AC/heating system (Lennox) stopped working. Carrie was able to schedule a technician on the same day (last appointment). Jared, the service technician came out to look at the unit...within minutes he found the problem with the circuit board (had been blown by a power surge). The previous AC company never put a power surge protector (a costly fix). Jared was able to pick up the part early the next morning and installed a new surge protector and circuit board right away. Jared was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain every detail of the problem and what I needed to fix the problem. I signed on to have a yearly maintenance program and to keep my unit running efficiently for another 10 years! Thank you Jared for the star treatment!

So I got in touch with My Guy Heating & Air because we thought we needed a drain pan installed in our attic after our home inspection was done. They asked if I could send them a few photos and name and model number of the unit we needed the help with. No problem, it took me all of 3 min to jump up in the attic and snap a couple of pics! Boy was I glad I did that. I texted CJ the technician the photos and within 10-15 minutes he had jumped on the call with the manufacturer and called me back with the best news I had heard that day...our unit didn't need a drain pan because it already had one installed on the inside of the unit! He spent his time and effort to do research for me, free of charge, and I didn't have to spend any money on a house call. Very, very impressed with these guys and for any future HVAC needs, they will for sure be getting a call from me!

I recently had the opportunity to enlist the help of My Guy for a long overdue assessment of my air conditioning units. Jared was the technician assigned to my home and he could not have been more polite, and more importantly, knowledgeable. He took the time to go over each and every detail without trying to oversell. He explained what I needed to do immediately and what may be future concerns, without the pressure to purchase all at once. His honesty was greatly appreciated and I would certainly give 2 thumbs up to this company and Jared!

CJ was awesome! He came out to check out why my furnace stopped working during this latest cold spell. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the system back up and running for the night. He came back the next morning with the part I needed from the warehouse and finished the repair. This is my third time using My Guy and I won't call anyone else.

Started with My Guy for bidding on a new heating/air for our home. Reviews were very good. Scheduled home visit for estimate and CJ (consultant) was punctual. However, 2 hours he was there which was not necessary. Other quotes took about 45 min. CJ said he'd have quote no later than next morning. Didn't receive it AND, 2 days later he called asking to come back again to review. Days later 3 quotes showed up in my inbox. They were 2 and 3x more than other quotes. 27k for a hvac system and ducts for a 2770' house! Come. On. Overpromising and price gauging is unsettling.

We were having issues with our heater so I contacted My Guy Heating and Air. The entire experience was great - although I cannot remember her name, the woman I spoke with in the phone was extremely helpful and kind and the technician, Brian, was wonderful as well. The company had great communication about when they would be arriving, who was coming to our house, and all steps involved along the way. I will definitely call them again for any future heating and air needs.

We had a problem with the cooler for a wine closet. The MyGuy tech, CJ, showed up timely, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way we could understand. He went the extra mile with no attempt at up-selling. He was friendly and courteous. We could not be more pleased and will call My Guy the next time we need help.
