I been gathering quotes for a new AC installation and Bryan from My Guy arrived to check out the existing lines and vents to provide an estimate.

Unlike other companies that simply poked around upstairs and left quickly, Bryan went above and beyond to thoroughly check the attic furnace and ensure that the fan and vents functioned throughout the house. Even if he didn't need to. He went through all the options without trying to upsell me and even corrected some misinformation that I received from other contractors.

If Bryan is representative of the employees at this company, and by looking through the reviews he is, I would highly recommend their services for installing a new AC. Excellent HVAC company and thanks for everything.

Tyler came out to review our system and what needed to be repaired. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Then Keith and Mikey did the repairs and got our air conditioning up and running just in time for the heat wave. His team was prompt to respond to messages, arrived on time, and were extremely friendly. Also we felt confident and comfortable with their pricing. I highly recommend them!

First, the name My Guy was because you had same tech come to you, not so. When I did have them come out for maintenance I had the sales person come to give me a quote for a new AC unit and went as far as to try to redesign the attic for the heating unit, very persistant and would not take no for an answer, my AC is still working after 1 year of them trying to get me to buy a unit and reconfigure my heating unit!! Really wanted to put 0 stars
