Our pipe was leaking and Migues knew exactly where to cut to get to it, gave me suggestions of alternate fixes/repairs, and was very professional. Scott was with him, was also very professional. I would use them again. The service was just completed yesterday, so we will have to see if the repairs sticks, but service quality was top notch.

Terrible - literally a waste of our day. He spent an hour in his vehicle talking to who he said was our home warranty. The home warranty company calls me and says otherwise. He didn't want to fix anything. Said it was leaking because of the water pressure ... but then why wouldn't the rest of the faucets be leaking ? We only had 2 faucets dripping. Then he says he can't replace the fixtures of the faucets bc he has to wait 2 days for the water pressure change to take affect. Never again will we use this company.

They are very unprofessional in there work . They schedule you for a time and send back the technician at their own convenience without informing beforehand. Their employees are inexperience and failed to fix the problem if it is little complicated. I have some faucets leaking and plumbing issue and had horrible experience with them. I will not recommend anyone to use this service. Please beware! Thanks

If you are looking for a reliable plumber, you have come to the right place. Every member of the team is knowledgable and friendly. We have had 2 projects done including a large project to replace our main drains for our master bathroom and a replacement of our jetted tub motor. Both projects were completed on time and with great care. The best part is that the projects were competitively priced. I would highly recommend My Georgia Plumber for projects big and small!

Terrible customer service. Very rude and unhelpful. I had an appointment but they rescheduled the appointment to fit with their schedule and said that they were short handed and never shows up when they say they will.

I've used these guys 3 times and I've been satisfied each time. There are quick and efficient. They are experts and very professional. One reviewer said they were there 5 mins so they expected a lower fee for service and that isn't how things work. Rookies take a long time and charge you for allowing them to waste your time learning. My time is valuable so I would rather a plumber who does things quickly and does things right the first time.

One more star than i should give. They came to my house for a clogged toilet, they were here all of 5 minutes, tried to charge me $280, i raised hell they lowered to $178. Completely got ripped off. I wouldn't use again for free service.

DO NOT use this company. RUN THE OTHER WAY! If you happen to use this company, request documentation of your service etc on the same day! But really don't waste your time, just go with a different company.
