As a Lowe's customer, dealing with Michael's Plumbing Service was a total nightmare. Not only did they disrespect me and my wife, but they continuously wanted to blame Lowe's for their own unreturned phone calls and lack of prompt service. While being a contractor for Lowe's may not be overly thrilling for them, Michael's Plumbing has, nonetheless, made a commitment to Lowe's. It's unfortunate that this company does not take their commitment seriously. Lowe's has lost a long-time customer due to their chosen installer. The people who run Michael's Plumbing Service have no business being a contractor for anyone.

Biggest ripoff ever! I needed an emergency service call for a clogged toilet and they charged me $275 for that. Then the guys came in, literally spent 5 minutes (maybe less) plunging it and then it flushed (this was after I tried plunging several times earlier that day). They charged me an additional $226 for that!!! They didn't even need to use the snake! How ridiculous! My regular plumber is Alliance Plumbing and unfortunately they were not available this evening, or I would have had them do it. Never again!

As previous reviews mention, they aren't good at calling back, even when you call Lowe's. Although my toilet eventually got installed, it was something of a hassle, and now it wobbles ...

We had a horrible experience with My Georgia Plumber. Technician wasn't the one they sent us in the photo to start with. He also showed up without proper shoe covers, gloves, or a mask. Our family is trying to practice proper social distancing practices and he proceeded to put his ungloved hands on several surfaces including the front door handle, walls, and stair bannisters even AFTER my wife asked him to be aware of not touching anything he didn't have to. When she then called him out for touching the stair railings for a second time he dismissed her and her concerns saying, """"what do you want me to do?!"""". When we followed up with the management at MGP we were told they didn't have to follow CDC guidelines because """"Kemp said they didn't have to."""" Just a class act all around. MGP was sent to us through our home warranty policy and we will now be forgoing that policy to use plumbers and heating specialists we have used before and trust. And all this after they posted a COVID safety message on their Yelp page! (See picture) Please don't use these people if you value your health and safety.

Purchased a new dishwasher from Lowe's and Mike and Trevor came very quickly to install. Super nice guys and very informative. After installing I asked about the garbage disposal which they gave me great price and installed immediately. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

I recently had to utilize my home owner's insurance through AHS and was very pleased with My Georgia Plumber to résolve my issue. The ease of scheduling an appointment, narrowed time window, and real-time tracking of technician sets this place apart. Dan Weigle was dispatched to my home. He delivered personable and professional service. I'd definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

They were late , never called to confirm or let alone tell me my appointment, had to call them multiple times. Then the contractor stole my dish towel and never returned it and took a whole roll of paper towels... wouldn't recommend

Our pipe was leaking and Migues knew exactly where to cut to get to it, gave me suggestions of alternate fixes/repairs, and was very professional. Scott was with him, was also very professional. I would use them again. The service was just completed yesterday, so we will have to see if the repairs sticks, but service quality was top notch.

Called for a sink/disposal leak. Made me wait a week for an appointment. Tried multiple times to get a sooner appointment only to be left on hold each time for over 20 minutes and no one picks up and when someone eventually did, never received a call back like they said they would. Finally, day of appointment, they never showed up. When I called got and waiting at least 15 minutes for someone to pick up, they said they were tied up at previous appointment and wanted me to wait 5 more days! Very unprofessional on the phone and they don't seem to care at all. Would NOT recommend this company.
