Jay is the owner of ""My Flip N' RV"". He is absolutely unprofessional and a rip off. After paying $2,500 for a new fridge back in October he gave us the same story as Stachowski F. It was on back order and his truck was broke down. He did call us back once in the middle of December saying he would be by to install the fridge that weekend. But of course he was a no show and we haven't been able to get him to return our calls or text. Please do not use this guy. He is a rip off.

Came out super quick after the initial call and said our AC Unit on the RV was shot beyond repair. Said we needed a new unit. We paid for the unit and he said that he would get back in touch with us once it arrived in. Got text about it being back ordered. Two months later we asked if the unit came in and he said his truck broke. Another 2 months went by and he stopped returning all phone calls and texts. Had to ask the credit card company for a refund.

We so wanted to give this guy a good review, but after having him replace 1 of our roof top air cond units we were left with no AC no heat and holes leaking through the roof. Said the new ac was defective and he would be back with a replacement AC unit. After 3+ weeks of no return calls and no scheduling. We hired a competent mobile repair person. He got everything working in a couple hours and repaired the nine open mounting holes left in our roof. DO NOT USE, my flip n' rv.

I needed electrical work on my trailer while I was camping. Jay was there early for the appointment and quickly repaired the problem! He also was willing to offer additional advice for maintaining my travel trailer!! Thank you, Jay!
