Established in 1961. Barnett's began as a family-run enterprise by Harold Barnett alongside his brother-in-law Dick Parkhurst. Dick left the business in 1964 to start a new chapter in Alaska. Harold specialized in plumbing, heating, and air systems in residential properties until the economic downturn of the 1980s when his son Bob took the reins and redirected the company’s focus.
