Had a tech replace my outside faucet 13 months ago. Today I go outside and it's leaking (where the pipe was glued). I call them to repair and they want to charge since it's outside of one year. No thanks- I'll call a real professional plumber.

Our main water sewer backed up last March. Called My Drain Service Pro and they were out the next day. They ran a camera line down the main pipe and spotted where the tree roots were getting in. Unclogged it and we haven't had a problem since knock on wood. Will call them again if we do. Highly recommend.

All good. First appointment was for 1.5 hours after I called. Tech called and sent a text that he was running late. Arrived for second appointment window and quickly resolved back up in kitchen sink. Included 1 year warranty if it happens again.
