These guys did a great job on a replacing a section of pipe between our house and street water line - the sewer main. Super professional, super clean up, stuck with it when there were some challenges without charging us anything extra. Would hire them again for sure.

I managed to clog my kitchen sink, due to a ""cooking malfunction"" during quarantine that involved a lot of pasta going down the drain. Called My Drain Co late Tuesday night and was schedule for a time slot the next day. Tony arrived on time, unclogged the drain, and ensured there were no leaks under the sink. He even made sure everything was running smoothly with the garbage disposal. All while wearing a mask, which was greatly appreciated. He truly went above and beyond! Thank you!

I had an issue that my sink began overflowing at 10pm...called them and Tony was at my doorstep within 30 minutes! And 30 minutes later, the problem was fixed and everything was cleaned. In an out in 30. Can't get much better than that. And...the price was very reasonable!

I have a property management business. Tony Placencia / My Drain Co has been my plumbing service on several jobs. I can wholeheartedly say that I highly recommend him! He really looks after his customers to make sure they are well-informed about what is going on, and also gives great suggestions to the customer if they should ever need to replace something covered under warranty.

I am a huge DIY person and I'm not ever thrilled about calling in a professional--especially as a woman; I don't always get the great quotes. On this particular instance, I had a water leak that could be adjusted by LADWP if professionally repaired. First, I greatly appreciated Tony working with me to schedule the estimate through this app rather than that insisting I call on the phone. I was not in a position to call at that time.

Philip came out at the appointed time and did a thorough investigation of the situation and discussed possible options. All quotes were very reasonable for the jobs suggested, and once we discussed what I could do to prepare the site, he dropped the price even more. Unfortunately, I had to get DWP involved before any work could be done so I was not able to use Philip's services at that time.

In the end, I went a different direction but will definitely keep their number and give a call for the great number of projects that I have when I run into something a little bit more than my DIY knowledge can do!!

This company is OUTSTANDING. Tony is the vascular surgeon of drains. He determined our commercial building plumbing problem in about 3 minutes and then came up with step-by-step solution. The work was performed on time, very professionally, in a super clean fashion and under budget/quote. His ongoing communication during the job was also excellent. We could seriously not be more pleased with My Drain Company - look no further in your hunt to solve very clogged drains or a messed up septic system, especially plumbing issues that involve cement removal and replacement. Tony is your guy!

He sent someone to our house within an hour and they did a great job of replacing our pipes and fixing our leak.
