Hello Yelpers, long time lurker, first time review. I have long been in the thinking that the only thing that gets five stars is the Crabfeast, #FTCF , but since they are gone, I can start doling out five stars as needed. Today, they're needed. Richard arrived on the early side of the appointment window, so that was pretty awesome. I explained exactly where I was having issues, explaining that the front of house was fine, just the back. Clearly a man who means business, Rich was able to assess the situation quickly, he went to the heavy artillery and cleared the shower drain with ease. He even added a special plumber-license-holder-only cleaner in all drains affected by my issue to help remove build up in the pipes. I scheduled through the Yelp app with no problem - My Denver Plumber emailed a confirmation immediately. I was also called the next business day to reconfirm the appointment and was even offered to be bumped to an earlier spot that I did not have the option of at booking through Yelp. Overall, great experience and I will use again, if needed

Had a great experience with Richard and My Denver Plumber. Scheduling was easy and organized and they got me booked with Richard for the next day. Richard was right on time to the minute and not only did he get right to work on the laundry list of tasks we had at our new house but he was also extremely friendly to our sometimes naughty dog. Richard was fast, friendly & knowledgeable and was clearly focused on finding solutions that were cost effective for me. Would highly recommend Richard at My Denver Plumber!

Daniel and Spencer came out to our new house for a diagnostic inspection and did a great job. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and worked quickly. They also helped talked me through the cost/feasibility of additional plumbing work (extending a gas line for a gas stove in the kitchen, re-tiling a shower). Only thing that kept this review from 5-stars was a tricky sump pump issue that they couldn't tackle (the pump is co-located with the radon mitigation system, so they could not access it). But aside from that, I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

Two appointments and two no shows. The first appointment (6/18) I received a call from Alex in the middle of the appointment window saying that there was a medical emergency and the plumber would not be able to make it. So I rescheduled for (6/28). Alex called back to say there might be some other companies who could get the job done sooner. I called the referral company and they could not get it done sooner so I assumed that 6/28 appointment was still being kept. I called to confirm that this was the case and left two voicemails, an email and a text message. I received no communication back. No one showed up for the 6/28 appointment. I then called again and reached another scheduler who said their notes said I had been scheduled with the referral company. I asked for some clarification and was told they would have to talk to the service manager and call me back. The return call consisted of them telling me that I had scheduled with the other company and that the service I had requested was out of their range of services. I don't take issue with that they can't do the job (Connect fireplace to existing NG gas hook up) but that they initially said they could do the job, scheduled me not once but twice and then failed to communicate any changes on their end to me even though I attempted to contact them 3 times and left messages in the days between appointments. Pretty disappointed considering the overall reviews.

I had my kitchen faucet replaced. Richard and Alex were punctual, fast and efficient. I find them reasonable and fair in pricing. Excellent service and will call for my next plumbing need. Highly recommend and very satisfied with work and professionalism.

What great service! After checking their reviews, I had My Denver Plumber out to take care of a leaky garbage disposal at my downtown Denver office. The earliest appointment was the following week, which was acceptable. I received an appointment confirmation via email and text with the time of the appointment, and the name of the plumber assigned to me. On the day of the appointment, Robert and Alex were in constant contact via text about their arrival time, and even offered to come early, when they were able to do so. It turned out we needed a new garbage disposal, which I expected. They came prepared with a new one, which I did not expect. I had already purchased one, assuming it would cost less and save us a second plumber trip. It was, indeed, less expensive than the one they brought. Rather than pushing me to buy theirs, they commented that the brand I got was a really good one, and installed it within their one-hour minimum time. $116/disposal, $165/professional install. You can't beat that! Robert and Alex were polite, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. Payment was super-easy, via an app on their phone; and I received an emailed invoice/receipt, immediately. I highly recommend My Denver Plumber, and would absolutely use them in the future!
