My Denver Plumber provides and professional and very transparent service. All of their services and rates are provided on their website and known upfront. I was notified via text and email when their plumber, Richard, was en route to my house. He arrived on time as scheduled, along with his son who Richard is mentoring to learn the trade. Both were very professional and cleaned up when they were finished.

Tradesmen are becoming few and far between these days so I fully respect My Denver Plumber for allowing Richard to bring his son along and teach him the trade. I will continue to give my business to My Denver Plumbing.

Loved my experience with this company -- and Richard (who came out to fix our sink). I needed a last-minute sink repair so that we could sign off on our condo sale before closing, and I had so much runaround or non-responsiveness from other companies. The minute I called here, a nice guy answered the phone and got me scheduled for the following workday. I got all the alerts and updates via email/text (which was super handy) -- including when our plumber was on the way. Richard came by and was very nice and polite, got our sink fixed in no time, and clearly knew what he was doing. 100% will be using these guys again if I need any plumbing work done.

I had a major leak in my kitchen drain line that was hidden in a wall when I purchased my home. I just looked for a plumber with good reviews and came across these guys. I would usually be skeptical of a place that has as good of reviews as they do but it is true and well deserved. They are extremely professional and their work is second to none. They came fast, found the issue, and got it fixed. They even came back to look at it when I had further questions as the house is older. I would recommend them highly.

On this cold and snowy day Richard and Gilbert braved the weather to install our new hot water heater and a much needed main shutoff valve to the house. Very professional and a job well done. My Denver Plumber may not be the least expensive plumber in town but they are well worth the price.

Toilet was continually ""running"" and had difficulty flushing -- despite my best efforts to DIY -- plus a few clogged drains. Asked the scheduler to walk me through costs and options, including whether to replace or repair the toilet. She was patient and helpful.

Richard arrived promptly and did a great job. Gave me his opinion on the other two toilets, found an issue my DIY skills would never have known to look for -- he resolved it easily. Really glad I called in a professional. Everything is working really well now.
