Very nice people I bought 2 toilet through Lowels one was cracked the installer made an extra trip on Sunday to install it at no extra charge. This is what I call good customer service.

They are either incompetent , don't care or both. I bought a dishwasher from Lowes with installation. My Dad's was assigned to install it. They called and set up an appointment. They sent me an email with the right phone number, email and physical address but wrong name and service. I called and they changed it, gave me a two hour window. They arrived two hours AFTER that window with no apology or phone call and still had the wrong order. I explained, they installed the dishwasher. Next day the screw holding the washer in fell out. I called, they came out and just re-screwed it in, I asked if that would hold and they assured me it would. 29 days later, screw fell out again, I called, left a message and emailed too leaving my name and phone number. That was five days ago and still no call nor email. Horrible customer service. Their web site states they guarantee their work for a year and it's a ""family business"". I would like to support family local businesses but they will never get my business again nor anyone I know.


UPDATE: This is telling. FIVE MINUTES after posting I get this message , yet you didn't have five minutes to respond to me after five days? No, I was not informed your office was inundated with covid, and to shame me publicly ? Wow. Good luck.

Can't speak highly of them enough! We've worked with them twice now - the first time they were contracted through Lowe's to install our new dishwasher. When it came to scheduling they were thorough, prompt, and easy to contact. Sergio was able to arrive early, and was fantastic! Great service and the experience was so good we had them come back to replace our old garbage dispoal we had been putting. Both times Sergio was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

I purchased our sidhwasher at Lowe's This was the company that Lowes hired to do the installation. Their man came, was polite and installed it without any problems.

They arrived early and was finished in no time. They didn't have the parts needed so they had to make the purchase. Very efficient and during COVID-19 had on mask wore the shoe booties I gave them. Kept mask on while working. I would use them again.
As a meter of fact, I need a quote for my repipe so please contact me.

Horrible experience. First, they come 30 minutes late to the appointment which they set to be between 8am and 9am. They came a little after 9:30 am.
They were friendly and fast to inspect and diagnose the problem with our water heater.
After they turned the valve to flush some of the water, and after feeling the water they said the water was cold when it should be warm so the water heater needed a replacement.
The water heater was not leaking water. After they flushed some water, the water kept leaking. They left, we called them and they said ""THE WATER LEAKING IS NOT OUR PROBLEM ""
Then then called us back and left a voicemail saying that they only did a visual inspection, that they never touched the water heater. If that's all they did then how can he say that the water was cold to the touch?? and I guess I was hallucinating the whole thing since I was there when they flushed the water.
They lied to me, and to the guys that we have our policy with since they are just contractors.
After $85 dollars, I just got scammed. And now I have to deal with a water leakage.
Thank you so much for lying to us and not being responsible for what you guys did.
Trying not to used profanity here, because I have a few names in mind for them...

It's ok man!! We don't want your services anyways!!!
The way I see it, you were the rude one after leaving us with a water leakage, then telling us over the phone that ""IT WASNT YOUR PROBLEM"" when you are the one who did it.

Only after we complained to the home owners insurance, that's when you called and left a voicemail saying that you never touched anything, come man. Who u lying to?? We all know you did more than just a ""VISUAL"" inspection. STOP LYING!!

You deserved this horrible review, actually you deserve less, but I had to leave this wonderful review for you and everyone else to see!!!

And btw!! Money was not the issue, we appreciate more a good quality of work and an honest worker, not a pair of dishonest men!!!

My elderly mother had a plumbing emergency. I decided to give this company a shot being it's family owned. I believe it's crucial to support our local family owned companies, especially with everything going on in the world right now.

The gentleman that arrived was very kind and understanding of the situation. After he finished the job he cleaned up all the mess that was caused from the initial leak. I was also impressed with how fast they arrived being it was a Saturday night when the issue occurred.

I recommend this plumbing company because they showed up within an hour even though it was late on a Saturday. They were kind to my mother and very clean. They also gave an amazing price.
