I agree with the negative reviews. I bought toilets through Lowe's and was sent a plumber from this place. Very incompetent guy, left everything dirty and not installed properly. The plumber actually took a dump in my toilet while he was there to install. He also came up with the ""previous toilet was not installed properly"" and would leave a hole in my floor scam, charged me $750 extra. Lowes told me not to pay it but it was too late. I would definitely stay away from these people.

I usually only write positive reviews, but in this case, I felt it necessary to warn future customers on My Dads Plumping's poor communication and reliability. I was assigned them through Lowes for a toilet installation and was given an install date and time. They never picked up my toilet from Lowes and they never showed up at my house. My phone messages, texts, and emails that day were not responded to. No communication whatsoever on the day of my install. Fortunately, Angi (Lowe's vendor for installation) was finally able to officially cancel the contract and refund my money. Please be wary of this very unreliable plumbing contractor.

Let me start by saying I have renovated 4 homes over the past 8 years and had over a dozen toilets installed in that time by multiple different plumbers in the greater Los Angeles area.
I have never seen such poor quality work than this plumbing and toilet installation done by this team.
There are scratch marks all over the wood floors, there is glue unevenly spread all over the edges of the pedestal, the toilet is not centered and at an angle, there is filth and dirt all over the pedestal and base. This team clearly has zero experience in how to install a toilet to create a normal finished product.
On top of that, because I was out of town on a business trip, this team proceeded to rip my wife off and charge her $1200 on top of the already paid standard toilet installation (prepaid through Lowes). They told her there was no other option or they would have to leave a hole in the ground. This is nothing short of criminal. They even refused to take the box even though full haul away had been paid.
Between the terrible technical skillset, and the unethical over billing only once they have you captive with a hole in your bathroom floor, and lack of customer service -- stay away from these crooks!

My Dad's Plumbing sent a plumber to help us install a new toilet. He was courteous, kind, fast and knowledgeable, even pointing out how he was going to help level the toilet since our floor sloped away toward the wall. We'll certainly use them again.

I have used this company twice for toilet replacement and fawcett replacement. They always have done a great job and always on time. I will use them again.
