UPDATE to original review below:! the owner of the business personally called me to try and make right the failure described below. He was very apologetic and helpful and offered to send someone by immediately. We declined because it was late on NYE and we had already wasted enough time waiting for them during the day (see below). Anyway, I updated the rating to 3-stars based on the owner's response. Still, the dispatch and scheduling process was really messed up and extremely frustrating, so 3 stars is the max here.

WARNING!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would, but that isn't an option on Yelp. I had a plumber appointment for a 9-11am arrival window. The dispatch said the plumber would call when he was on his way. At 11:20am, we hadn't heard anything, so I called to ask about ""status."" The dispatch said ""let me check"" and then after 30 seconds came back on and said ""he's just finishing up his current job and will be on his way to you shortly."" At 12:20pm, we still hadn't heard anything, so I called back and explained to the dispatch what had transpired and asked ""please let me know if he will be able to make it, otherwise, I'll cancel and find another provider."" The dispatch (different person this time) said ""let me call him."" She came back on the phone after a minute and said ""the plumber said he's got about an hour to 90 minutes left on his job, but he will definitely make it to you today."" (So, clearly the first dispatch at 11:20am was lying). At 3pm, the dispatch called to say ""the plumber won't make it today, can he come after the weekend?"" I told them to forget it. This company sucks. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Jared Boone is very knowledgeable, highly efficient, & the most competent plumber we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He & his assistant Scott resolved water pressure issues for us which would have eventually weakened & broken the remaining thousands of dollars worth of plumbing fixtures we recently installed in our home. We couldn't be more grateful!
Also, we highly recommend their annual service membership which covers yearly servicing of heating, water heater, HVAC, AC, & an electrical & plumbing systems check.

My tub was leaking and Brandon came out same day and quickly resolved the issue. We also found another leaking pipe inside the wall. He was able to have everything fixed quickly and at a fair price. I'd highly recommend My Buddy Park City!

Our hot water tank busted, and we needed a plumber fast! We decided to go with a tankless water heater, and got a couple bids. My Buddy came quickly, gave us good options, and explained everything well; so we went with them. Everything works great now. They answer phone calls right away and kept us informed at all times.

So, I'm convinced Derrick, at My Buddy the Plumber is the WORLD'S BEST PLUMBER. Make no mistake, I am not his friend, don't know him and not leaving this review because he asked me to. My husband and I own a historical home in old towne, Park City and when it gets to single digits, our pipes have a tendency to freeze up. We've already been through one busted pipe and a lot of water damage so whenever I see water on the floor near a pipe I call a plumber ASAP. This was the issue on the 29th of December. Unfortunately, I got another plumber out just before hearing back from Derrick. This other plumber (Merlin's Plumbing) came and as he called it, ""put a bandage on the problem"" which should have been a fix till spring according to him, when he could fix it properly. However, after charging me double his quote, his so called fix backed up our toilet into our shower and I had a worse problem on my hands. I called Derrick back and he came out the same day, put a camera down the line, found the problem that the other plumber caused, tore it out and replaced the pipe to fix the issue. All of this he did in an hour or two (it took the other guy two days) and Derrick charged me less than half of what I paid previously. Additionally, I might add it was his day off and he still personally came out to take care of us. Derrick at, ""My Buddy the Plumber"", in Park City is our new plumber for life. It's rare to find a company like this that will go above and beyond. It's obvious he's passionate about his work and cares about his customers.

Had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink line that took having a camera and super snake to get it cleared. Likely culprit was some material put through the garbage disposal and our home builder not using large enough piping. Brian got the job done today which also included putting a new vent in under the sink to allow the water to properly drain. The clog in the vent may have been caused by debris from us trying to use a plunger on clog when it first happened. Chopped up cauliflower was whirling all around when we plunged. Be careful using disposals as garbage cans! Thanks to the folks at My Buddy the Plumber for getting us out of a jam, or should I say clog. - Bob T. Heber

Jared did a great drop, cleaned out our kitchen drain in no time at all after a large Thanksgiving dinner completely clogged it.

He even came early which was greatly appreciated.
