Opened a credit card in my name without my consent for an AC unit I did not buy as part of a pre approval for a potential AC sale. It's been two days and MyBuddy still hasn't rectified my issue.

Additionally, the technician said he'd send a manager out but actually sent a salesperson who was extremely pushy and got upset when we said we wanted to think about the big purchase more.

Called to get a toilet reseated. Plumber came out promptly, and after pitching ""membership"" and offering to provide quotes on work I didn't need, provided a price on the toilet fix that seemed very high. I agreed, as we were leaving in a few days and I didn't have time to shop around. While reassembling the toilet, plumber broke a part. Said he would come back in a few days to fix. Never happened. Back in town last week and called to arrange for a fix. Original plumber is now out on disability but promised to have another technician contact me. That was a week ago. Still waiting.

After a trip to Mexico we entered the house at 8 pm and it was 36 degrees! We called My Buddy the Plumber and they came out the next day to check out the furnace. After deciding on a furnace they said they would be out in two days to put it in. They provided us with temporary heaters to use until then. Completely unexpected and so nice!
The technicians that were scheduled to put in the furnace did not feel well. The manager,Shawn, organized two other technicians to come out that evening rather than waiting until the next day.
Tony Beckstead was on of the technicians that came that night. He fixed our humidifier that was broken and didn't even charge us.
We will use them for everything we can. They are amazing. I can't recommend them enough.

Showed up early. Was there for a cleaning of a water heater. After inspection, showed me the issues with repairs and recommended replacement. There was no charge for the scheduled cleaning and he even spent additional time troubleshooting 2 additional units-not on his schedule. Super generous with his time and knowledge and made me feel like a valued customer, not a fat wallet. As a new owner I've had to do several homeowner repairs. Had many quotes and repair people stop by-but very hard to get an honest quote. John ( the tech who arrived) is highly recommended!

Cuyler from My Buddy The Plumber in Park City, UT did a great job diagnosing and resolving several issues in my mom's two bathrooms, and the kitchen ! He'a nice guy, and is knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful. I appreciated he was kind to my elderly mother.

John and chandler installed as amana 60k btu furnace for me today including a neat thermostat. Lots of expertise required in a small closet plus reworking old ductwork and the on/off switch. John and chandler delivered, 5 star, would use again!

UPDATE to original review below:! the owner of the business personally called me to try and make right the failure described below. He was very apologetic and helpful and offered to send someone by immediately. We declined because it was late on NYE and we had already wasted enough time waiting for them during the day (see below). Anyway, I updated the rating to 3-stars based on the owner's response. Still, the dispatch and scheduling process was really messed up and extremely frustrating, so 3 stars is the max here.

WARNING!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would, but that isn't an option on Yelp. I had a plumber appointment for a 9-11am arrival window. The dispatch said the plumber would call when he was on his way. At 11:20am, we hadn't heard anything, so I called to ask about ""status."" The dispatch said ""let me check"" and then after 30 seconds came back on and said ""he's just finishing up his current job and will be on his way to you shortly."" At 12:20pm, we still hadn't heard anything, so I called back and explained to the dispatch what had transpired and asked ""please let me know if he will be able to make it, otherwise, I'll cancel and find another provider."" The dispatch (different person this time) said ""let me call him."" She came back on the phone after a minute and said ""the plumber said he's got about an hour to 90 minutes left on his job, but he will definitely make it to you today."" (So, clearly the first dispatch at 11:20am was lying). At 3pm, the dispatch called to say ""the plumber won't make it today, can he come after the weekend?"" I told them to forget it. This company sucks. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Jared Boone is very knowledgeable, highly efficient, & the most competent plumber we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He & his assistant Scott resolved water pressure issues for us which would have eventually weakened & broken the remaining thousands of dollars worth of plumbing fixtures we recently installed in our home. We couldn't be more grateful!
Also, we highly recommend their annual service membership which covers yearly servicing of heating, water heater, HVAC, AC, & an electrical & plumbing systems check.

My tub was leaking and Brandon came out same day and quickly resolved the issue. We also found another leaking pipe inside the wall. He was able to have everything fixed quickly and at a fair price. I'd highly recommend My Buddy Park City!
