Sold me the wrong unit for my house and never even commissioned it so the unit had been running much harder than it should and will likely fail prematurely. They ignored the issues I complained about with airflow and had me use crappy filters and settings with my vents instead of actually solving the issue.
I had an actual professional come and confirmed that the return air CFM is way below what it should be and saw that they never even finished installing the furnace and AC as it still had not been commissioned.
Would never use again. They pay $50 for people in credit to review so these are all fake. I know because it did it to get my $50 and who does not want to be nice.

Based on unsatisfactory service we received I do not have confidence in the abilities and knowledge of the plumber from My Buddy who ""installed"" a hot water heater for us. The hot water heater we inherited upon purchasing the home was leaking and we called My Buddy for an estimate on installing a new one. The manner in which the estimate was handled should have been a red flag as several incorrect quotes were sent over (wrong price, wrong size of water heater) before we finally agreed to allow them to replace and install.
At the time of install we received more incorrect information from the plumbers onsite as they alleged we needed more work than what was actually not functioning correctly. We limited them to the hot water heater replacement only based on our own knowledge, speaking to the hot water heater manufacturer, and soliciting the feedback of another plumber who was familiar with the home's radiant heating system.
The plumber alleged the equipment was installed and functioning properly when he signed off on the job being completed. Unfortunately the next day he returned to the house without contacting us as the owners when our painter onsite called to let him know the heat was not in the home. This means the heat was not working when he left the home the night before and was not on during the night when temperatures dropped to 12 degrees.
He alleged to the painter, again never contacting us the owners, that the heater was working and he left the job again. And again, with temperatures below freezing the home was left another night and day without heat.
We discovered this the following day, now 48 hours into his job ""completed"" that the heat was still not on and the water heater had not been installed properly to allow for our system to return to where it could generate heat. We called My Buddy several times asking for help as the home was 50 degrees. While the dispatcher was very nice and empathetic, the plumber's manager was not. He ran through many excuses, none of which had to do with his plumber not completing the job or being knowledgable about our water heater or radiant heat system. We were left to our own google searches, speaking with hot water heater manufacturer again, and calling another plumber to reset the hot water heater and help our boiler get back on track to heat the home.
No one from My Buddy called to check on this, apologize, or offer assistance. They only continued to send their invoice asking for payment for a job not completed with a botched install. Unfortunately we signed up for their ""Membership"" and now will not be in a position to use that service since they are not trustworthy.

Showed up on time and prompt. I had a new water heater installed and couldn't get it to turn on after numerous attempts. He did it in about a minute. very nice and knowledgeable. Excellent work! Thanks again. I highly recommend them.

Technician did not wear his mask over his nose, and took a long personal phone call while in my house. I felt so uncomfortable that I opened both the front and back doors hoping he would get a clue.

Daniel came and installed my new toilet, he was honest considerate, and explained everything to me, I highly recommend this company and will use them for all of my future needs! Amazing customer service!

Spencer was fantastic. After personally trying to get my disposal working again, he came and fixed it immediately. I was afraid I was going to be staring at a few hundred dollar bill, but he charged beyond a fair rate for it.
Would recommend! Spencer is the best.

Recently I scheduled an appointment with My Buddy the Plumber to have a leaking shower valve replaced. I chose this company because due to my job I have met and dealt with several of their technicians. Unfortunately I was unable to be home but my wife was since she works from home. When the technician, Damon, arrived my wife showed and told him what we wanted done. She also asked him about a couple of other issues we were having. My wife called me at work and had me talk to the technician also. I explained what I wanted him to fix. After a while I received another call from him and he said he would be sending me some quotes. I stated again what I wanted him to do and asked him what it would cost. He said the cost would be in one of the quotes but it would be $315 for his visit this day. I was having a very busy day at work and had to make the phone call short. The $315 I was charged was for what the technician claimed to be a difficult inspection. He enlarged one hole in our family room ceiling so he could see the pipes and cut another hole in the back our a closet behind the shower. The technician made no attempt to fix the problem just told us that we have several other problems that need immediate attention. His estimates add up to approx $2000.00 We have had a couple other plumbers come check the issue and they have estimated about $200 to fix our problem. My wife called in the office and asked to have the manager or owner call her and never received a call back. After waiting a couple days she called back and was able to speak to Brandon Duncan and expressed our dissatifaction with the situation. He assured her that he would have Shea contact her and that they would not charge us any more money to fix our problem. That was on January 21, 2021 and it is now January 30, 2021 and we have not received a call from anyone. We have since chosen to have another plumber fix the problem. Having many years of customer service experience my wife and I both feel this is totally unacceptable. Because of this experience we will not be able to recommend this company to anyone we know.

I gave this company two stars instead of one because I think they did a good job. Unfortunately I did not do my homework beforehand and feel we were quite overcharged. I would advise people to ask for a breakdown of parts and labor before using this company.

We called My Buddy the Plumber when the waterline to a toilet broke late on a Friday afternoon flooding the bathroom. Their friendly dispatcher asked a few questions and quickly assigned a plumber to arrive at our home within 90 minutes. Shea was the plumber assigned. He was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. I don't have enough good words to say about Shea and the My Buddy team. We will definitely be calling them again when we remodel next year. We would highly recommend him for any plumbing job! Thank you very much Shea!

Terrible experience and customer service, never showed and lied about it.
We are under contract and last week my
wife scheduled a sewer scope for yesterday.
Yesterday afternoon my wife calls for the results and is told they would send it over. Nothing arrives.
This morning she calls again and is told they never actually came out because they were too busy.
No apologies for the poor communication or lying to us, and refused to offer a discount and reschedule.
Needless to say we called another company.
