Quick and Responsive Service

The company was very quick to respond, and I appreciated their professionalism. Fortunately, there was no actual issue with the toilet--the guest was simply unfamiliar with the low-consumption, high-efficiency model, which requires holding the handle down a bit longer.

Since no service was ultimately needed, I didn't have the opportunity to fully evaluate their work, but their promptness and courteous approach left a positive impression. While I can't speak to their pricing, I appreciated that they did not charge a fee for coming out, which many companies do. This was a thoughtful touch and a great reason to consider them for plumbing needs.

Prices seem unreasonably high. Plumber did not have basic supplies - no wax ring and no toilet shims for a clogged toilet call that required removing then remounting the toilet to snake the line to remove a clog.

My kitchen and bathroom sink began to overflow at 1am on a Saturday morning. I called several plumbing companies and they said they could not help until Monday. Then I called My Buddy Plummer. I was in tears over this flood ans I spoke with Tasha. She had soo much empathy and concern for me I was able to calm down. Tasha is us an amazing human being. She really cares about the Customer. She said she has technician Johnathan that will be at my home in 40 min. When he arrived with his partner, he was professional polite smart and friendly. He snaked the lines and stopped the overflow. Jonathan has a lot of knowledge about what he does. I recommend this company to everybody in colorado. This is the best plumbing company i've ever dealt with.

Had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. They arrived late without any notice and seemed unprepared. The problem was only partially fixed, and I had to call another plumber to finish the job correctly. On top of that, they overcharged me for the service, which didn't even solve my issue fully. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We contacted My Buddy Plumbing about coming out for a sprinkler box repair. My BUDDY?... was due to come out yesterday on Wednesday. My buddy was supposed to be out between 10/2 pm. Around 3pm I contacted them and they couldn't get out here until Thursday which was fine. My buddy came out today on time and looked at my sprinkler box for a minute and wrote out a quote for 2 GRAND..... plus extra for parts....Excuse my language but that's FUC$ING ROBBERY! My buddy had good reviews and great pricing it was said. This is completely wrong and now I'm sure those reviews were FAKE and posted by them.I was told by several other people that this is a 500.00 job! In closing I'll say that MY BUDDY is no friend at all unless my buddy is a crook and liar which is a FACT! Stay clear of my buddy or they'll turn to MY ENEMY! HERE'S AN UPDATE: Found an HONEST COMPANY TO DO MY SPRINKLER BOX REPAIR FOR 450.00 TOTAL!!! SO MUCH FOR MY BUDDY AND THERE HORRID PRICES!!!!!

Fantastic, prompt service. Had a plumbing emergency and Paul came out quickly and resolved the problem even quicker. Nice, friendly and informative- would certainly use My Buddy the Plumber again.
