I am the practice manager for Bergen County Veterinary Center, in Waldwick NJ and can not say enough about the efficiency and customer care that Lenny from My 2 Sons plumbing has demonstrated. We contacted one week for an estimate, received the estimate; which we felt was fair and competitive and by the next week the entire project was done. The project was to create a dental suite for our treatment area and I have no doubt that we chose the right plumber to work with! I would highly recommend Lenny and his team for any personal or professional project.

Great team of people, couldn't ask for better. Picked up the phone when called and came over within the hour!

They unclogged my sink in 30 mins when it took Rotor-Rooter 2 hours with no real progress. They saved me a lot of time $$ because if i followed what RR suggested I've would have been asking people to tear down dry walls in the basement to get to the pipes.

If your looking for a great plumber call them first!

I LOVE working with Lenny. I called in a panic because we'd just had a new washer and dryer installed, then all of a sudden we had a flood of water on the floor. He and Anthony just happened to be driving by when he answered, so when he said ""we'll be right over"", he was literally at my door in a minute. Then when they walked in, they took their shoes off without my asking. Already off to a great start.

They fixed the problem (sewer and trap issues) and Lenny told us to get a sink alarm. He was patient in answering all our questions (my Dad and I) and he doesn't talk down to me which I appreciate because I won't call back when that happens.

Hopefully I won't have any more emergencies but I look forward to working with Lenny and his son(s) again.

First of all, anyone complaining about ""customer service"" has their priorities mixed up. Maybe Lenny's Brooklyn accent is too much for some people? These guys are plumbers, not a hotel staff. And they do great work.

I found My 2 Sons through Home Advisor after this past weekend's rainstorm. Lenny and his guys came over on Sunday a few hours after we spoke. We had water seeping through the basement floor and a backup in our basement sink. We bought this house 3 months ago. The previous owners told us they had it snaked every 6 months, AFTER we had already closed and moved in. Before Lenny we had 2 other plumbers come to give a professional opinion of the source. One said the seeping water was a structural issue, the other said he thought the backup was caused by tree roots and wanted to run a camera through the drain. After a few failed attempts to snake it, Lenny suggested that the seeping water was from the drain backup and to simply hydro-jet it. He came back the next day and jetted through what seemed like 10 years of buildup. Our insurance adjuster came to make his own assessment, and made a case that the seeping water was actually exterior water. Lenny recommended waiting until the next rain (which was last night) to see if there was any more seeping water. SURPRISE, no additional water came in after Lenny and his team came over. They identified a few additional issues unrelated to the plumbing (moisture under the flooring, potential mold in walls, etc.) that our insurance will now need to cover. It was a pleasure working with My 2 Sons. Highly recommended.

Rude and extremely unprofessional. Called to try and setup an appointment about a water heater needing repair. The man I spoke to cut me off immediately and said ""there is no such thing as water heater repair, it would need to be replaced."" Water heaters can in fact be repaired and it lists it as a service right on their website. When I challenged, he promptly hung up on me. What a joke. So glad I had this experience now and not when they were in my home. Look elsewhere.

In reviewing the yelp reviews, it looks like this has happened to other people as well. What kind of business owner treats customers this way?

We just had an emergency situation and they were on it. Professional. Experienced. Efficient. And just like that order was restored in our home. Highly recommend these guys.

Had everything backing up into the house. A previous plumber came in and made a mess a few weeks ago and didn't fix the problem. Lenny came over and did a great job minimizing mess and spending the time to clean the pipe, and then use a camera to determine the cause of the problem, and then clean it again. Turns out we had roots in the line, so he recommended we do a root killer as well to help prevent the problem from coming back. Very grateful for a nice job.

We had an urgent situation, Lenny came immediately, and replaced the water heater and did some complicated pipe work within a day. I don't know enough about prices to comment on his, but he was very efficient and easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I phoned for urgent help - a burst pipe - and the man who answered hung up on me as I tried to explain the issue. I called back and He very rudely told me that he cannot fix a burst pipe and hung up again! This is unprofessional and totally unnecessary on a day that is meant to be one of goodwill! I'm disgusted.
