Had everything backing up into the house. A previous plumber came in and made a mess a few weeks ago and didn't fix the problem. Lenny came over and did a great job minimizing mess and spending the time to clean the pipe, and then use a camera to determine the cause of the problem, and then clean it again. Turns out we had roots in the line, so he recommended we do a root killer as well to help prevent the problem from coming back. Very grateful for a nice job.

We had an urgent situation, Lenny came immediately, and replaced the water heater and did some complicated pipe work within a day. I don't know enough about prices to comment on his, but he was very efficient and easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I phoned for urgent help - a burst pipe - and the man who answered hung up on me as I tried to explain the issue. I called back and He very rudely told me that he cannot fix a burst pipe and hung up again! This is unprofessional and totally unnecessary on a day that is meant to be one of goodwill! I'm disgusted.

I called in the morning and spoke with Lenny and he came over that morning to give me an estimate on my plumbing problem. My shower wasn't working properly, when I turn on the water to a comfortable temperature the entire fixture would shake and knock. Lenny told me when he would be coming, he then let me know when he was on his way. After he examined the problem he explained it to me. I thought I would need to replace all the pieces, but Lenny said I didn't. He left to get parts and returned promptly and he fixed it that morning for a fair price! I can't say enough good things about this experience. Lenny is honest and does great work. I'm so happy to have found a great plumber!

Father and son owned business .. I called them up because My sewer drain backed up ... these guys came in and I couldn't find my clean up valve ( I think thats how it's called) well he came and he looked until he found it... these guys came quick, got to business cleaned up the biohazard and gave me future instruction on how to avoid this problem in the future, Which is the best thing anyone can do for anyone ...when they walked out I knew this should be the last I would have to deal with sewer problems .... and would call them in a heart beat if so !!!!

After recently moving to Cliffside Park NJ, Lenny and his son were able to fix a couple of plumbing issues we encountered in our first two weeks. Lenny communicated well, provided estimates, worked fast and even came out once and didn't charge us for a fast fix. Highly recommend!

The two guys came over and we're honest with us. They said the garbage disposal needs 3 screws and that it is something that I can do. They didn't charge us. Super nice. If we need to get plumbers, I'm calling these guys.

Arranged to have Dial A SewerMan come out to clear a sewer line back up. They arrived within an hours time. Remedied the problem and made sure the line was clear. And even cleaned up afterwards. Terrific job guys. Thanks.

I own a two-family rental property in Jersey City. i have been looking for a reliable, trustworthy, go-to plumber forever, and I have finally found him -- this company is top notch and trustworthy. They stand by their work and don't look for short cuts. In fact, they had to repair short cuts that i prior owner's contractor had made. I'm glad i called this company. First things first, we had called to set up an appointment to fix 2 leaky toilets and maintenance of clearing out sewer lines via flushing. Scheduling was simple. We didn't have to play phone tag (as i have had too with other contractors) -- phone calls and text are always answered punctually. The team assessed the problem and gave a reasonable priced estimate -- explanation of the problem made sense. Coincidentally, a few days later another separate pipe issue was discovered and this is where Larry hit the home run. Once again we called him up and he came right away and he tackled a large behind the wall pipe problem and really came through for me (as owner) and the tenants. He really delivered, stayed later and fixed the problem impacting both tenants. Everything was cleaned and everyone is content. Job well done. Will call up Bergen drain cleaning again in a heart beat. This is top notch and reasonably priced plumbing company. Very much deserves a strong positive review.
